Benefits from stunning views over the Afan Valley and located on the Afan Forest Park's low level cycle route 'Y Rheilffordd' (railway in welsh) which runs along the base of the valley. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.

Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Stayed with Family for a few nights whilst exploring the local area. House is in good condition and great location for exploring, about 15 mins from Zip world just FYI. Macauley was a great host, thinking of the small details that made a difference following a long day of travel. Very responsive and super helpful. I would absolutely stay at his property again.

Our stay at the COTTAGES was simply wonderful. It was extremely well stocked, spotless, charming, and in a perfect location with easy street parking. We especially enjoyed the back patio which is a perfect place to relax both at the end of the day and for morning coffee or tea. We appreciated the convenience of two full baths - one on each floor. Note that the lockbox used to enter is the one on the right side of the entry door, not the one on the left. We had an extremely memorable and fantastic time at the COTTAGES. Thanks!

We had a lovely stay at Yvette’s place. A good spot for what we wanted to do - Zip World and to climb Pen-Y-Fan. Her home was very spacious too. Perfect for our family.

Fantastic house! Very clean and tidy, comfy beds, fresh towels and all the basics like milk, tea/coffee, shampoo etc which just made everything so easy. Very close to town less than 5 min walk plenty of restaurants, take away, pubs and shops/newsagents. Easy parking on side road and Alison was very helpful and responsive. Close to Pen y Fan and Waterfall walk as well as lots of other attractions. Felt safe as 3 women travelling and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!
