This cottage is ideally located for visiting the area, 35 minutes from Mt St-Michel and Granville with connections to the Channel Islands and 1 hour from the landing beaches.

Happy Valley

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

The Old House

We are located in rural Normandy, France, 500m from a small village. Our home consists of an original house and attached barn conversion. We live in the barn conversion and it is the original house which is the accommodation offered here. The lounge has been maintained in the French style. The upstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom are more modern. The accommodation has its own entrance. Outside are two garden areas for your private use which include table, chairs, parasol.

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

In a green setting, backed by the owner's house, this accommodation overlooking the river is just for you, with independent access. A living room with sofa, desk, Wi-Fi. Please note that there is no kitchen but you have a dining area with everything you need to prepare a hot drink. One bedroom, shower room. Private parking, garden and park. Shops, many restaurants and cinema 800 m away. Access to the city center on foot via an alley. (Pets not allowed).

We welcome you 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, in the heart of the Normandy countryside between Rennes and Caen. This 110 m2 house is an outbuilding of the Château de Vassy in the heart of an estate of more than 2 hectares of land. You can reconnect with nature and enjoy walks and quiet life in the countryside or visit nearby places, Granville, Avranches, Villedieu-les-Poêles or the beaches of Carolles or Jullouville.

The Normandy Ranch

Peaceful country house for a stay, for couples, families or groups of friends up to 7 people plus a crib. A great place to walk around and visit the surrounding area. We are halfway between Mont St Michel and the landing beaches. Numerous activities are offered on site. Take a moment to relax in a completely renovated Western-style decor. In direct contact with animals, horses, goats, chickens and dogs.

All shops within walking distance (bakeries, butchers, tobacco shops, grocery stores... see my guide), bus station and SNCF. Very well equipped accommodation. Flexible hours only upon request except Sundays. Requests for refunds for off-price cancellations are no longer negotiable.
