Wi-Fi included - Baby cot upon request. Everything is in place for a practical, pleasant and good location.

A peaceful place to stay. This is a recently remodeled townhouse that features an open garden adorned with flowers. The house is located 10 mn away from the city Le Puy en Velay and 5 mn away from a shopping district. The house is ideal for two guests. It has a spacious bedroom, a living room, kitchen and full bathroom with shower. A porch and awning furnished with a table and chairs is available to enjoy alongside the garden. There is parking available for a vehicle in front of the house.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, can accommodate up to 6 people. Located 15 min from Puy-en-Velay and 30 min from Mont Mezenc (Monts d'Ardèche UNESCO Regional Natural Park) and Lake Bouchet. (25 min) The gîte is located on several paths: GR 70 "Stevenson", GR 3, PR 540, but also several nearby sites: Château de Bouzols, La Baume waterfall, swimming spot at Pont de CHADRON 5 minutes away, Source de Bonnefond in St Martin de F (10 min).

Bordered by the forest and surrounded by vast spaces, the house enjoys absolute calm to enjoy nature at the edge of the Loire gorges, not far from the Ardèche and Lozère. Former pigsty of my grandfather, the house has been completely renovated in recent years to offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay.

In the city (5 minutes from Le Puy city center by car, 2 minutes from the shopping center) while being in the countryside.
