The house has 4 bedrooms (3 with air-conditioning), a barbecue grill, a large living room and balcony, internet, a swimming pool and all the comforts for those seeking tranquility and an excellent beach. Very well located 100 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the central village of Cumbuco, where there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Close to the main points of the beach, 300 meters, such as Duro-beach and Kite Cabana.

Phuket House

Casa Phuket is located in a residential condominium in an environmental preservation area in Cumbuco with 24-hour concierge and direct access to the beach. There are 550 m² (5,920 sq. ft.) of comfort, divided into 6 spacious en-suite bedrooms, carefully prepared to accommodate up to 16 guests (additional visitors with prior permission). Private pool and full deck. *No bands, karaoke, parties, or loud music allowed. Ambient sound is allowed only through the house's speaker and until 10:00 p.m. (maximum 65 decibels).

Our house is quite big, just 2 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes drive to the Cumbuco Village. Ideal for kitesurfing, with spacious garden and beautiful lawn and fruit trees. Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.
