Parkton Place is a phenomenal place to stay! Just outside of town but still close enough to restaurants and activities. Animals are all so well maintained and a truly a joy to interact with. The place is blooming with life - we even got to see baby chicks running around! Home was clean and comfortable. My family and my fur baby were all very happy here. AC kept the apartment clean even in the hottest days. Highly recommend as a wedding & anniversary venue with stunning photo ops and plenty of accommodation for friends and family. Also great for long stays as the hosts are the friendliest most helpful people you’ll ever meet!

Wonderful clean space, very beautiful home

We had a great stay, but if your looking for private home this place might not be for you because there is not much privacy due to the fact this house is a duplex, it would’ve been nice to know that from the beginning unfortunately it was not mentioned in the house description so just be aware if you are someone who likes privacy this house may not be for you! Other than that no other complaints house was in great condition. Thank you Rosa :)

Great place to stay and great, responsive host. It felt like she thought of everything! I loved the notebook of info she made for the home (it had WiFi password, food suggestions, how to get in touch, etc.). I was staying far from home so the extra kcups, sugar, and laundry detergent were very helpful! She even had spare batteries, a flashlight, and a first aid kit in the kitchen. 10/10 would stay again!

Mr. Ruben's place was cozy and outstanding. I will love to rent it again if that's alright.

Tyler was proactive with any concerns brought up. Straight forward, and easy stay due to communication. Location was very close to the gate that i was needing!

My family and I have been traveling from NY to Fayetteville/Hope Mills, NC for well over 25 years and just started choosing the Airbnb route instead of multiple hotel rooms. Bella Orchid is now home away from home and where we will stay for every trip to Fayetteville/Hope Mills. Georgia has a beautiful gem in this peaceful/quiet neighborhood and is a gem herself. Always attentive and accommodating. It was a pleasure coming home again!

Cute, comfy and spacious farmhouse with lots of personal touches in a great location. The neighborhood was cozy & quiet, and our time spent out on the porch was relaxing and peaceful. Chris was helpful, flexible and quick to respond in all communications.

The place was so beautiful, it was a home away from home. Loved the mornings on the deck...and the lake was just a plus!

We had a great long weekend at this house! There was plenty of room for everyone and all of the rooms including the living areas were super spacious! The kids (and adults!) loved all of the gaming options! Highly recommend!!

This was my third stay in this home. It has always been an awesome experience, and I would come back again. The host is wonderful and very responsive. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook healthy meals and not eat out. Great and comfortable furnishings – couch, bed, pillows, TV’s, washer and dryer… I work and basically live aboard, when I return to the states, I look for a place to relax and to recharge my battery. This home and the neighborhood gave me quietness and peaceful solitude I look for!!!

Dwight was always responsive whenever I texted him. The house was easy to find and was spotless inside. Loved the size of the kitchen! We had not realized there were two apartments, however, so were a bit confused as to which door was ours. Maybe I had missed that in my booking. We had no neighbors until the last day, so it worked out perfectly. And the location was great for us as we were visiting family members who lived a few streets over. The air conditioning units worked well...in fact, I had to turn the temperatures up as I got so cold! We didn't cook but there were plenty of items available if we had. The house worked out for us, giving us more room for our longer-than-usual stay in Fayetteville. We would definitely consider it when we come back to visit again. Thank you!

I’m so glad we found this spot for our stay! We needed a place we could comfortably stay for a while with a toddler and this checked all our boxes. Host was extremely responsive and kind. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was very convenient to nearby amenities. We’re very thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

Usually when I visit Fayetteville I book a hotel; however this time I needed more than one room and it was more feasible to get a Air bnb . This place was easy to access, clean and comfortable.

Joyet was a wonderful host, pleasant, quick to respond.. The condo was great very clean and cozy and quiet . I love that the location was perfect easy to get to every place I needed. Look forward to staying again soon..

Sheree was an incredible host. She reached out to us even before our stay to ensure all would go well. She was responsive and super accommodating. The place was exactly what she posted and fit our needs perfectly. The home was clean and the common areas were well maintained. We used the pool and enjoyed the outdoor seating. We were close to the freeway which made travel smooth and there were lots of eating spots nearby. We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sheree!!

Very clean and spacious , Myra communicates well about and was always helpful when needed . The complex is not the quietest but still overall a great stay !

Everything was perfect, cohost was very responsive & gave me well written clear instructions. Id definitely recommend this space 100%.

love the renovations they've done to the place. everything was clean and well stocked. having two full bathrooms plus an in-unit washer and dryer was a game changer when traveling with a teenager.
