The host was very professional and courteous. The townhouse was cozy and easy to find. Daniel went out of the way to make sure our stay was enjoyable! He provided a list of nearby restaurants and stores which was helpful! The home was well stocked with linen and seasoning in the kitchen which were a pmus. The plate of cookies were a bonus!! We will definitely book again with Daniel!

I worked at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and I would come in at all times of the day and night. Frankie is an excellent host I felt very safe and secure there. He was always easy to reach with any concerns. I only had to reach out to him one time when the other tenant would always leave a mess in the bathroom he resolved this matter immediately and terminate the other tenants stay at his home. I can only hope to find a host like Frankie again on my next assignment.

Parkton Place is a phenomenal place to stay! Just outside of town but still close enough to restaurants and activities. Animals are all so well maintained and a truly a joy to interact with. The place is blooming with life - we even got to see baby chicks running around! Home was clean and comfortable. My family and my fur baby were all very happy here. AC kept the apartment clean even in the hottest days. Highly recommend as a wedding & anniversary venue with stunning photo ops and plenty of accommodation for friends and family. Also great for long stays as the hosts are the friendliest most helpful people you’ll ever meet!
