Waterfront vacation rentals in Cul-de-Sac

I almost hate to write this review because I’m afraid my favorite place will now always be fully booked! We traveled all over the island during our stay and all up and down Orient Beach and I can’t imagine a more perfect location. The place was super clean and comfortable and the location is literally second to none. Réserve this place with absolutely no hesitation. Sarah is wonderful and answered every question we had.

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very neat, with a fully equipped kitchen. which was a big plus. and charming little decor touches that I found really attractive. I loved walking to the beach some mornings (about 5 km round trip), it made for great daily exercise. The ocean view was beautiful, and the host was very kind, welcoming, and responded quickly to messages. We felt very comfortable and at home. Highly recommend!

I have to say, my husband and I felt right at home. If you are seeking a modern, clean, high-end getaway for two, look no further! The view, the multiple beaches on the island, the ease of access to local restaurants, are all just fabulous! The island is very easy to navigate, in fact, you can literally walk 300ft down the beach and charter a 7 min boat ride over to Sandy Island- Highly recommend! The host Michel provides seamless communication -the villa was pristine and well stocked with so many amenities, they hosts left “no stone unturned” This location is ideal for short or long stays- Book now- don’t hesitate!!! The stay was amazing! Great location, cozy spacing and super clean! When it comes to home necessities anything you may need Amélie has it already nearby. She is very helpful and informative. BOOK HER LISTING! Money well spent !

I recently booked this property for a recent trip to St Maarten to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday in May 2025. I wanted a property that felt like an intimate villa space. When I came across this listing, it was PERFECT. The deck overlooking the lagoon and the pool was a huge selling factor for me. Isa the property manager is extremely responsive, she messaged me ahead of time, obtained our flight details and provided several resources such as car rentals, restaurants, private drivers etc. The neighbourhood (Point Pirouette) is very close to the Maho main strip but you do require access to a car. It a very quiet, peaceful, residential, gated community. The unit has all amenities required, wifi works, AC in living room and bedroom, the deck was my fav place to unwind with my husband, to watch the sunrise and the sunset. There's ample natural lighting and the space is tastefully decorated. I would stay at this property again without thinking twice about it.

Notre séjour a la villa galapagos s'est tres bien déroulé. La villa est parfaite lorsque l'on voyage a plusieurs, la cuisine était tres pratique avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. L'extérieur est ideal pour recevoir. L'emplacement de la villa est également parfait car il est possible de se balader dans Orient bay et d'aller a la plage ou dans les restaurants de la place du village a pied. Philippe a été tres accueillant et toujours disponible pour nos questions.

Nous avons adoré la maison et avons passé un séjour fantastique. La villa est décorée avec goût et très bien équipée et que dire de l’extérieur… Ouf! L’espace patio, le mobilier, la piscine sans oublier la vue spectaculaire nous ont comblé! Nous avons adopté le resto L’Oasis et la petite épicerie Bread&Butter à 5 minutes de marche 😉 ainsi que La cabane du pêcheur à 15 minutes en voiture où chaque matin, vous pouvez avoir des arrivages de poissons à très bon prix. Un merci spécial à Josy qui a facilité notre séjour, nous a aidé avec des réservations et de merveilleuses recommandations. Nous reviendrons assurément… Mille merci!

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

Beautiful location— the house was perfect for a family get away. Close to Grand Case, Orient Beach and you can kayak to Pinel island.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Our stay for 8 people was wonderful. The area is more beautiful than imagined, and the pictures surely do not do it justice. The house is very private, and you need to traverse a couple large hills in order to get there. We had to swap out our first rental car because the tread felt very unsafe and struggled on some of the hills, but otherwise we really appreciated the privacy and sweeping views of the water from the villa.

Marcus & Jocelyn’s place was extremely nice. The location is about 30 mins from the airport which allowed us to view more of the island. The place was extremely nice, quiet and the view is beautiful. Irene the host was very friendly and provided treats at check in. The home was stocked with plenty of refreshments which was very thoughtful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Le logement proposé par Aurélien était propre et très confortable. Sa localisation permet de se rendre à pied aussi bien à la plage qu'au centre ville. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent faire une petite escapade sur Marigot.

This place exceeded all our expectations - fantastic location right on the beach, and also easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and of course the amazing bakery. We rented a car and found driving really easy - explored this lovely island each day and then came back and chilled on the beach by the condo. Such a relaxing holiday and the condo was perfect. And Virginia was super responsive whenever we had a question. We will be back!

Un très beau séjour pour nous. Le logement était propre, sécuritaire et bien situé. Les gens de l’immeuble étaient très sympathique. La piscine et la plage sont un atout essentiel lors des chaudes journées. En plus, Harry était toujours dispo pour nos questions et répondait très rapidement et clairement. En bref, wow.

Beautiful place, right on the ocean and walkable to several excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The beach was beautiful, the condo was beautiful and equipped with basic kitchen necessities for cooking, making coffee, etc. Air conditioning was helpful because it was 80 degrees while we were there. Parking was easy and safe. The car rental company that Pierre recommended was fantastic. Highly recommend Banana Location car rental. Excellent place to stay!

My wife and I loved this stay at Mount Vernon. Waking up daily to the beautiful view of Orient bay was priceless. The place was clean , had most things you would need at the kitchen . I loved that they had coffee available there too. The place was very cozy and beautiful. The bed was very comfy which let us rest properly every night . We like the comfort and luxury of having such a nice view every time you look out the balcony. The host was very kind and waited for us at the entrance of the place . You most definitely would need to have a vehicle to be able to get around from there to other places . I would say if you have mobility issues maybe it would be a little difficult because of the flight of stairs , other than that it’s a great stay! We will definitely come back.

Such a beautiful condo with an incredible view! I felt right at home and slept like a baby. The beds are comfortable, the space was spotless, and Jayne was very responsive in our communication. Plus, it’s a great location but I would definitely recommend getting a rental car to get around.

Le logement possède une merveilleuse vue sur l'océan et sur la grande plage et c'etait très agréable d'écouter le bruit des vagues. Le complexe possède une belle piscine où nous avons relaxé. Épicerie, restaurants et autres commerces sont facile d'accès en auto. Le logement est très bien avec beaucoup de commodités pour cuisiner, laver les vêtements et aller à la plage (parasol, ice pak, plat et sac de plastique et autre) Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Linda qui était très disponible pour nos questions et Lars, le propriétaire était très rapide à nous répondre et très gentil. C'était facile d'avoir de l'information. Séjour mémorable sur une île de plages magnifiques. Je retournerai sans hésiter dans le logement de Lars et pour revoir Linda
