Our place is front row to Kalamar beach within 50-meter walking distance to the sea. The house is 1 kilometer from Kalkan center which has great restaurants and nightlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). All the rooms have air conditioning and also the windows have screens. Both bathrooms have showers. The villa has a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and silverware/plates.

If you have any infant or/and child please let us know their ages, we only accept 0-2 & 8+ ages. If you are checking-in/checking-out very early/late please be quiet. Our house is located on the quite pensinsula, just a short ride from Kaş centre allowing you easy access to restaurants, shops and activities while you can enjoy the tranquility and stunning views from the balcony. The villa has three separate apartments with each separate entrances. The house has been renovated this year.
