Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our project, which is located on Antalya's Kaş Çukurbağ peninsula full of unique beauties and consists of 5 villas, has been put into service to make you feel comfortable as of July 10, 2023. Our project consists of two 2+1, two 3+1 and one 4+1 villas. Each villa has its own private pool. The distance of our villas to the sea is 150 meters. You can enjoy both the sea and the pool. We are only 5 minutes away from the center of Kaş. The parking lot of each apartment is right next to it.

An entrance floor with large living room, open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Second floor comprises the master bedroom en-suite and terrace, two more bedrooms with terraces and a large bathroom with shower, and WC.

It's in the heart of Kas on a street called "Uzun Carsi" meaning Long Bazaar which leads you up to one of the most prominent sarcophagi is Monument Tomb (also called King's Tomb) located at the top of Uzun Carsi (the old main street of Kas). Carved from a single block, the tomb's inscriptions date back to the 4th century. It's walking distances to the shops, bars, beaches and to restaurants.

Karizma Property - Seafront Villa Hideaway

Situated in a quiet gated driveway with just one other villa, the house overlooks the Greek Island of Meis. It is one of few houses with direct access down to swimming platforms at the sea. This is accesible by a driveway and steps leading down. The swimming platform is shared with the next door villa. The villa is on the same street as Tamara hotel.

The studio-style apartment has 1 double bed. It is approximately 40 square meters including its porch. It has a shower, a toilet and a kitchen. It has an amazing view and its own garden. Due to its wooden structure, it can be hot during the day, especially in July and August; however, at nights, it is the coolest place we have. There is a shared pool.
