Casueña is in the heart of the countryside, on the outskirts of the city of MÁLAGA, surrounded by trees and birds. The Airport, the center of Malaga and the beaches are only 20 kilometers away. CASUEÑA is a beautiful villa featuring a private pool with salt chlorination that is heated year-round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a six-burner stove, and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² porch that will be the main activity area of the house; next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

Have fun with the whole family in this beautiful and modern villa with a private pool, artificial garden, porch with outdoor furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower. Accommodates up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, two of them with a 1.35 bed and the other with two 1.05 beds. There are two bathrooms with a shower. One has a Jacuzzi, which can be enjoyed for a daily fee (please let me know if you want to use it). The living room with a 55" TV and dining area shares an open space with the kitchen.

The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for the guests of this house. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too!
