Renovated & fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment, quiet and very bright, free wifi, with the necessary items to enjoy Cuenca. Placed in the heart of the old town, in one of the best areas of the city but out of the noisy streets. Within walking distance of the main commercial and leisure areas, near a bus stop with direct connection to train and bus stations. The foundation of the building is on the old Arab wall of the city (12th century), on the banks of the river Huécar.

A spacious sleeping area features a double bed adorned with a patterned blue blanket and two decorative red cushions. Soft bedside lamps provide gentle illumination, while light-colored nightstands frame the bed, creating a calm and cozy ambiance.

Accommodation ,spacious of 100m ,perfect for families and groups of friends and with charm located in a residential neighborhood, 1.5km to the city center and 2km from the historic center. All kinds of services (supermarkets, bars, bus stops, and green areas). It has a furnished terrace 100m and pets are allowed. In love with Cuenca, recommend the best places and picturesque places to discover our fantastic city in essence. We speak english and french! ;)

Centrally located apartment in Cuenca

CASA TORNER Charming apartment located 5 minutes away from Cuenca's main, commercial, and tapas street. Quiet, residential neighborhood with a supermarket, shops, etc. Free parking area on the parallel street 2 minutes away. 7 minutes from the old town. The apartment has an elevator, terrace, and lots of tourist information, etc. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, like any other home. It's on the second floor without an elevator, but the stairs are very comfortable. It has a bedroom, a kitchen-dining room, and a living room (with a cheslon), a TV, and air conditioning. It is located a few meters from the bus station and a bus stop. The historic center of the city is a fifteen-minute walk away

Cozy, bright and quiet apartment, located in the old town of Cuenca. It is in an ideal location, very close to the Plaza Mayor, the Casas Colgadas (Hanging Houses) and the San Pablo Bridge on one side, and the city's tapas and leisure area on the other. During Holy Week, you can fully enjoy the processions from your balcony. It has a tourist housing license for four people (double bed and 1.40m sofa bed) but it is ideal for a couple.

Paid parking 200 meters away and free parking area 600 meters away. Very bright. Both the living room and the bedrooms have a balcony facing a pedestrian street. It is on the first floor without an elevator, with two small flights of stairs.
