Apartment vacation rentals in Cuenca

Everything was perfect, I was with my family and we were very comfortable, almost like at home. The village is very quiet and 5 minutes from Cuenca (which is what I was looking for), there is plenty of parking nearby. We will be back!

Very good experience. Lucia is super attentive and willing to help in any way. The apartment is very nice, although it is small, but perfect for two or three people. It is located next to the old town.

Plenty of bedrooms, fairly large living room and dining. Bathroom clean and ample. Cuenca is a great city to visit; very walkable, and great old part. Alfonso’s place is very nice, but it is a third floor walk up without an elevator. Parking is tough in this town, but in Alfonso’s neighborhood we always found a spot (not so for downtown).

Helena responds very quickly and adapted to our needs without problems. A 10 out of 10 experience.

Very clean and complete apartment. Close to many amenities and a bus line. In addition, Marta guided us very well to be able to tour the old town perfectly and not miss anything.

The house was spotless. Felix is a very good host. When we arrived, he had left us breakfast, a very nice touch. The location is very good, next to downtown and with a bus at the door that takes you to the historic center.

The apartment is perfect. Clean and very cozy. The host is very friendly and always responds quickly to all messages. The location is perfect, you can walk to the historic area and many other areas of interest, such as the walk along the Jucar river and other places. There are many bars nearby to have a drink and eat. We were delighted. We'll repeat.

The setting is very nice and if you are looking for tranquility, you have it. In the area I have seen many things to do if you like nature, and also to say that you are close to Cuenca. Eduardo is an excellent host and quick to answer if you have any questions.

We loved David's apartment. It is in a quiet area very close to the tourist attractions (hanging houses, cathedral, museums...). On the other hand, it is still in August, the apartment has a very good temperature and we have not had any heat in it, which we have appreciated a lot. David has been very attentive and kind at all times and very detailed with the equipment of the apartment, which is perfectly equipped (with coffee machine, sugar, toaster, iron, gel, cream, hair dryer, towels, etc.). In short, staying in this apartment was a total success. Highly recommended! :)

The apartment is just like the photos, it's also very well kept and perfectly clean. It has heating and everything works perfectly. Although it is about 20 km from Cuenca the road is very good and in 10 minutes clock you are there. Anyway, we appreciated it as we were looking for something more quiet and mountain. The village is very quiet but there are places to eat and shop. Overall everything is perfect.

It was the second time that my partner and I went, and we will definitely repeat it again since we felt at home. Laura's service was fantastic.

A great stay, the armchairs in the living room are super comfortable and the TV is very big. It's smart TV so you have all the platforms for series and movies. They have a terrace through the room that when the weather is good. The room has the jacuzzi which is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Any questions we had at the time outside (within a clear normal time) always responded quickly and the instructions for check-in and check-out are very clear. The experience has been very good and we will surely repeat.

Beautiful house with nice views and very bright. It is a second floor, duplexing with the penthouse floor. In the silver below is the living room, kitchen, a bedroom with double beds and a bathroom with shower. The upstairs is a clear, spacious room with two single beds and a double bed and has another full bathroom with a bathtub. Great for large families. Clean and in good condition. The perfect location, right inside the historic center, at its start. In a quiet area and at the same time a short walk from everything. 100% recommended!
