My apartment is a short walk from the beach, with all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, train, bus) within a 5-minute walk. Apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, swimming pool and private parking perfect for its location and lighting. Perfect in a quiet area and 45 minutes from downtown Barcelona. Located in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood, a cultural, cool and authentic neighborhood. Close to Diamant Plaça. Singular flat at street level in the heart of the bohemian Gràcia district. It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.

We offer transportation from the airport, or anywhere else (subject to availability). We can arrange a babysitter with references and several languages. We do the shopping and cleaning during the stay (all paid extra).
