Anna has been really hospitable from the time I arrive to the time I checked out. Despite my late arrival as I was coming from a sleeper bus, she waited to ensure I had a smooth process checking in and switched on the air-con to cool the room in time when I arrive. Instructions were clear as visuals were provided. Room was as shown and clean too! Smells really nice and cozy. Had a pleasant time here and it was sweet of her to bring up some lychee fruits and change of towels. There is also a halal restaurant less than 5 mins away the accom. The extension cable is beneficial for us too! Would be great to have a big mirror in the room itself. Anna is very responsive and overall an amazing host. Highly recommend! :) Thank you Anna! (P.s the water cooler is super convenient for me to refill my water)

This is great place to stay in Hanoi. Very well located and close to the Train Street. The Old Quarter is also located at a decent walking distance. The check in process was pretty smooth as the instructions provided by the host are in point, everything is very streamlined. The cleaning lady, Linh, is a gem of a person, always smiling and happy to help. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to eat in the lane. The room is extremely clean and has all the amenities one can think of. I will 100% recommend this place.

omgggg i really enjoyed staying in this apartment!! it's super cosy with lots of amenities like comfy beds and everything. the area is right in downtown, super close to yummy food streets and the train line, so it's pretty easy to explore. but the standout feature, like a real ✨hidden gem✨ is the host's cafe on the ground floor. it's so slick, can’t help snatching a latte matcha n a croissant on the way out. i’ll be back!!!!!
