5 Stars – A Beautiful Stay with Outstanding Hospitality Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The home itself was exceptionally clean, well-kept, and just as lovely as the pictures—if not more! What truly made our experience stand out was the incredible hospitality from Luis, the manager. He was attentive, kind, and always available. When one of our guests became ill, Luis quickly recommended a doctor who came to the house and provided care—something we were extremely grateful for. We did experience low water pressure at one point, but Louise addressed the issue right away and resolved it efficiently. His responsiveness and care made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return. Thank you, Luis, for making our trip so enjoyable!

You feel at home, well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, remote control access is appreciated, excellent security and enough toilets, plenty of parking space, in general very central to all the places to visit in Veracruz

Very comfortable, clean and nice everything related to the apartment, Ruth was always attentive. It's hard to get there if you don't have a car, as it's far from the main avenue and food businesses and stores.

The place was very nice, very well maintained and very clean, and it was also very green, with many trees and many animals. The light went out at night and beyond being a nuisance, it was lucky because we saw many fireflies and frogs, a whole show! My family and I were very pleased with everything and enjoyed everything, especially the pool (very clean and at the right temperature). Last but not least, Alf was very communicative and responded quickly and kindly every time.

A very well-suited house for a large family and even better for people with disabilities. I highly recommend it with the elevator and ramps. The pool is delicious and the air conditioners are excellent! The hosts are super helpful and friendly. I recommend it a thousand percent!!!

It is a super spacious apartment, each room had access to a bathroom which made the trip easier since there were 6 of us, the three bedrooms have air conditioning and although the living room did not have this, it has windows that provide very good ventilation, in addition to the fact that our dog was super comfortable both inside and in the garden. We loved the location as it was not noisy despite being close to a large avenue, it has 2 parking spaces that were great for the number of people. They were attentive to us and any inconvenience or doubt was resolved with kindness.

On a scale of 1 to 10... it's a 12... really excellent. Beautiful, comfortable, nice pool view but with dark curtains in case you want to sleep later. It's like coming home or having a friend lend you "THEIR" home. It is cozy, it has everything you need, it has those details of leaving sugar, coffee, condiments, ice already made, etc.....Aylen rents you "HER HOME".. the truth is very different from others that I have stayed in, where you can tell they are only for business, where the furniture does not match, it is old, worn and very simple. THANK YOU VERY MUCH... when I return to Veracruz, I'll go to your house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... there should be an additional star for these cases.

The accommodation is cozy, very nice and comfortable, it is a 2-story apartment, with an excellent location, very close to restaurants, attractions, the boulevard, unbeatable. The place is super clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is on the third floor, which gives you privacy, and the building is quite quiet. Definitely, when there's an opportunity, we'll repeat.
