We had a great time. The location is excellent because you are in the middle of natural beauty all around. Whether it's a walk, a hike, a bike ride, a swim or a car adventure to visit castles, medieval villages or historical sites of the French resistance. Frédéric is an excellent and gracious host who welcomed us to a special region of the south of France.

This house is a work of art; the hamlet is beautiful, with superb walks from the house; house provided with everything you could need, even in case of forgetfulness or emergencies. You feel very welcome there and I would have stayed there much longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Ingrid’s beautiful home in the medieval village of Caunes-Minervois. The house is spread across three levels, making it both unique and very comfortable… main floor with a cozy living room, equipped kitchen, and a lovely patio. One floor down, a spacious main bedroom with large bathroom. On the lowest level, a guest room, second bathroom, and a laundry, which made our stay even more convenient. It was well-kept, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked. Although Ingrid wasn’t there in person, she was an excellent host. Her friend welcomed us warmly, walked us through the house, answered all our questions, and offered great local recommendations. The village itself is absolutely charming, and this Airbnb truly made our visit extra special. It is perfect for one or two couples, or a family, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend La Sucre.

We had a great weekend at our hosts'. The cottage is spacious and tastefully redone. The bedrooms are large and all equipped with a bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is very convenient. The garden, pool and view complete the quality of this accommodation and that of the hosts' welcome.

We stayed in this vacation home as a family with a dog. You are very private and with children the pool is just great. We liked it very much there and the host was very friendly and always very easy to reach. We can definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time at Gilles' house. Gilles could not welcome us exceptionally on our arrival but everything had been set up so that we had no problems. We also thank him for the small intentions he left us... the garden is better than in the pictures! It's very peaceful, barbecue, swimming pool and especially the jacuzzi at temperature as soon as we arrived, which we were able to enjoy every evening. Nothing! That's what's missing from this listing! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there for a great time for families or groups of friends. The cold drinks on arrival were much appreciated. Everything was tastefully thought out and beautifully decorated. The exterior is beautiful, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The best part was that our dogs were welcome.

Elisabeth and her daughter are extremely kind and offer great hospitality. Everything is done to make you feel at home quickly. The apartment is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards and close to the Canal du Midi Go without hesitation.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay in this pleasant and bright house that has everything you need and is located in a quiet and charming village. The jacuzzi was clean and the bedding extremely comfortable! It is possible to swim in the river or the sea which is about 30 minutes' drive away. There is also a hike in the middle of the vineyards, the route of which can start as soon as you leave the house. Myriam was very welcoming with small touches upon arrival that made us very happy! Our dog was also accepted without any problems. ☺️ I would highly recommend it!

Large single-storey house with quiet garden with 2 terraces, easy access 10 minutes' walk from the center of Saint Chinian (shops, restaurants, markets, hiking departures). Ideal location for exploring the area: hiking, swimming, village visits, cellars, Canal du Midi... Good communication with Estelle and flexibility with check-in and checkout times. Pets allowed: the garden is perfectly fenced Good stay, very functional and pleasant house.

We had a great time at Charlotte & Laurent’s place. Their kindness and proactively helpful attitude, combined with the forest environment, created a very pleasant feeling across the stay. As part of a former farm, the property is a traditional stone building which has been recently renovated in a nice way, with a lot of thought given to making you feel comfortable and welcome. The house is very clean, well equipped, including a nice terrasse and a functioning wood stove in the living room. The hosts also raise goats, our kids could feed them and we could attend the milking session. The property is located in a beautiful countryside, and a good base for visiting the Sidobre area with all its picturesque rocks. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely quiet stay. It is nicely decorated and fully equipped. It was blowing hard and the space is not so well insulated so make sure you do bring some warm clothes if it's not that warm outside. Julie is very nice and helps with questions.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Laurent's apartment. The place is very spacious and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights for me was the beautifully preserved old tiled floors. The amenities were excellent and everything was well thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. I wasn't only there on vacation – I also worked remotely during my stay – and the quiet apartment was an ideal environment for that as well. The location is also exceptional – right next to a lovely park, which in early June was filled with blooming and wonderfully fragrant linden trees. Laurent was an outstanding host – reliable, friendly, and very responsive. He provided helpful tips and local recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything about this experience was perfect, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!
