Fully equipped modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, spacious living room-kitchen-dining room, 1 bathroom and a separate balcony. Air conditioning in the living room, Wifi, smart TV and Astra satellite channels. Our accommodation is considered a smoke-free space, so smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and in the common areas. Your failure will involve taking action on the matter. Due to the new regulations required by the Spanish Ministry of Interior for the documentary registration of travelers at check-in, we are required to provide the following details of each of the guests over 14 years of age who visit us: - first and last name - sex - identity card number - type of document (ID card, passport...) - nationality - date of birth - place of habitual residence (full address, city, country) - total number of travelers - Family relationship between the travelers (if there are minors) - and contract transaction details + contract reference number + date and signature + check-in and check-out date and time + payment details: type (cash, card...), card type, cardholder, card expiration date and payment date.

The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Guanche House

65 sqm penthouse, recently renovated by us, with a large terrace of about 100 sqm equipped with a shower, a barbecue is available for guests. 15 minutes from the airport, public services and pharmacy are 250 meters away, supermarket 30 meters away (open every day); the various bars, restaurants, are located in the main avenue of the village reachable in 2 minutes walking. The Health Center is 150 meters away and the Veterinarian is 250 meters away. Languages spoken: Spanish, Italian

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
