Located on the first floor of a beautiful house with its own private entrance, it offers a warm and modern atmosphere with a lovely open view. The studio has been fully renovated, and the clever layout ensures that every detail has been considered. Every element has its place! It is an ideal starting point for exploring the city, with direct proximity to the Place du Peyrou and the Jardin des Plantes.

Welcome to southern Ardèche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything is available to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and ball games. The house is the enclosed land, the owners are independent, they have the same entrance gate on the land with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian Chapel. This year we installed a dome.
