The accommodation comprises a living room with sofa bed, TV, table with 4 chairs and storage space. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room (fridge, induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils). The bedroom has a double bed (160x200m) and a large storage cupboard. Bed linen is provided. The bathroom features a double shower, toilet, washing machine, large storage cupboard and double washbasin. An adjoining storage area for bikes, skis and equipment is available.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

We offer an independent house in the Grésivaudan Valley, between Grenoble and Chambéry. Single-story, cozy and very bright, with private garden and parking space. It is located in the center of the village, next to the owners' house (not overlooked) in a quiet area. It is located between the Chartreuse and Belledonne mountain ranges. Many activities await you: mountain (skiing, hiking, paragliding), cycling, swimming (lakes), sightseeing.
