We offer a small furnished F1 apartment of 24 m2, quiet and comfortable, on the ground floor of our house, with a separate entrance, parking and a garden. This sunny home, located in Crolles, in the Grésivaudan Valley, welcomes business travelers and tourists. It allows quick access to companies, ski stations ( Sept Laux, Collet d 'Allevard, Chamrousse) and the plateau of Saint Hilaire du Touvet, in Chartreuse, paradise for paragliders (funicular proximity) .

Our villa, Kyo-Alpe, was built in 2024, located at Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Dent de Crolles. The accommodation has a private indoor pool with a jacuzzi area, and a sauna, allowing you to relax in a Zen atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior decor adds a touch of elegance and originality. Come and discover the splendor of the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

It is located in the center of the village, next to the owners' house (not overlooked) in a quiet area. It is located between the Chartreuse and Belledonne mountain ranges. Many activities await you: mountain (skiing, hiking, paragliding), cycling, swimming (lakes), sightseeing.
