Country House Retreat. Sauna, lakes, firepits

Alexander Christopher CRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had an amazing hen and stag do weekend here for 22 guests. Sarah was super accomodating and lovely and went the extra mile to make us cocktails and snacks when we arrived, and a super thoughtful card and champagne for the happy couple. Sarah stayed in the adjoined house so was able to help us out with a couple of things when we need it. All the bedrooms were amzing and really comfy. Top host and beautiful home! Highly recommend!
The cottage features a rustic exterior with a whitewashed wall and a slate roof. Solar panels are mounted on the roof, and colorful flowers and greenery are arranged around the entrance. A gravel path leads to the entrance, reflecting the cottage's cozy charm.

Charming cottage, views, garden, rural Ceredigion

Karen ChristinaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Had a great time staying at Heather’s cottage. Very cosy and warm enough throughout the house with a good fire going, which was pretty much all the time being a mid-winter stay. Booked for 4 nights but stayed an extra 2 as we weren’t ready to leave this lovely peaceful home. Heard owls at night, which was lovely and it was very quiet and private. The cottage is certainly very quirky but once we got used to it we really did have a fantastic time. I bet it’s even more beautiful in summer! Heather was a fantastic host and responded to all queries very quickly. Very happy with our experience.

We had such a wonderful week in the cottage, thank you Natasha and Quentin. It’s a fairytale place: beautiful and enchanting both inside and out. Your recommendations of beaches, walks and places to eat were so helpful too. We hope to see you again.

The cottage is the best equipped we have ever stayed in, it has everything you could ever need. Beds were very comfortable. Louise is an excellent and friendly host. If you are looking for a stay in rural South West Wales then look no further.

Cwtsh wrth Plas

AlanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Jo and Matt were quite simply the most outstanding hosts I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with, their friendliness made me feel like an old friend, their warmth and kindness so welcoming and their ability to make me feel so at home in their gorgeous Cwtsh was a testament to their commitment to making their properties so unique, beautiful and inviting. Their property is in a beautiful area, so peaceful, relaxing and in close proximity to the gorgeous sandy beaches of Cei Bach and New Quay. Jo and Matt provide great recommendations for local food outlets, and were so happy to provide useful information about the local area and life in their part of Wales. I cannot recommend them enough as hosts as well as a truly superb stay in their gorgeous, comfortable, cozy and memorable Cwtsh, I’d be very surprised if anyone did not enjoy their stay here! Jo and Matt, thank you so much…I’ll definitely be back for sure, thank you for everything! Alan, Lola and Buster 🐶
