Located 200m from the beach, the house offers wellness, rest and reconnecting with nature. In the house one can find everything needed for a relaxed vacation, and in the garden there are unique Biodesign pool, whirlpool, dining area and the grill. This brand new house built June 2022 is a joy to behold! It accomodates 5 people and offers a 25square meters swimming pool and a jacuzzi. You can boast with your BBQ skills on the outside terrace; or show the world how good you are playing FIFA on PS5 inside the house. Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
