We had a lovely stay with great weather. The accommodation is very well-equipped and very close to the center. Note the calm and the small terrace which are a plus.

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

Great stay! We had a great time in this apartment. Everything is there for a comfortable stay: a modern interior, quality bedding, impeccable cleanliness, and a very pleasant little exterior. The apartment is also very well equipped for a baby (high chair, deckchair, folding crib), which is a real plus. Ideally located facing the sea, you can easily enjoy the beach or walk to the center of Deauville. A big thank you to Martial for his warm welcome and availability. We would recommend it without hesitation and will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view was amazing and the place had everything we were looking for. The host was very responsive when we needed to reach her. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to get away from the city for a few days.

Great stay at Karine's! The apartment is even better than the photos, a real little cocoon ideally located for visiting Deauville. Being able to park for free at the foot of the building is very nice! The apartment is very well-equipped, smells good, the bedding is excellent and we really appreciated Karine's thoughtful touches. Very welcoming accommodation, close to Deauville, in a peaceful setting. The house is functional and ideal for 6 people. Communication with Stéphanie was very smooth, we had a great weekend and would not hesitate to come back.

We are delighted with our stay at this property. The house is spacious, well laid out, with several bathrooms and we were able to enjoy it without stepping on each other (6 adults and 6 children including 2 babies). The accommodation is clean, many amenities are offered (2 high chairs, a baby bath, a washing machine, a dryer, deckchairs, books, etc.). The exteriors are also perfectly maintained, with a large, fully enclosed plot. It is ideally located, close to the city center of Dives and a short half-hour walk from the city center of Cabourg. As for the hosts, 5/5 as well: available, responsive and accommodating! We'll be happy to go back!

we loved our weeks stay in Ablon. It was an easy 10 minutes drive to Honfleur however we loved the peace and quite of this rural accommodation. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we really enjoyed sitting outside late afternoon in the sunshine watching the horses in the field in front of the house. It was a perfect base to explore the Normandy countryside.

First experience on Airbnb. We had a pleasant 2-night stay in Villerville. Accommodation located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with sea view. Close to amenities (tobacconist, convenience store, restaurant, ticket dispenser, children's playground...) Access to the seawall a few meters walk for a waterfront walk. Very welcoming accommodation. Bonus: each room is equipped with a bathroom and toilet. The downside: private cul-de-sac. Parking prohibited. Small technical issue with the TV. No TNT, without major severity. The bedding needs to be corrected. Very responsive, accurate and cordial communication with the Mercure Gestion team and Matthieu. Thank you for this great service. We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.
