Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into an independent studio with all the amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, sitting area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be off their leash. In a separate part of the garden is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

Take it easy at this newly renovated gîte with its own style. Gîte Loutre is in the middle of the forest and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms overlook the river. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, kettle, and washing machine. A barbecue is in front of the cottage Of course, the gite has WIFI. Your friendly four-legged friend is welcome (surcharge).

You will stay in our cottage Les Bruyères, which is our second home on our estate Les Marronniers. It is located between two other independent accommodations. This cottage is fully equipped for a holiday with family or friends. You will have access to the swimming pool from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and the hot tub from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (open at certain times). Spa by reservation. You will share the garden and pool with other guests and us.

Small, completely refurbished 30 m² studio, adjoining our main residence. Ideally located on the RN 145 Guéret–Montluçon, this lovely studio offers you all the comforts you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Separate entrance, studio on the second floor with access to the entrance, bathroom (with bathtub), and main room featuring a fully equipped kitchenette and a high-quality sofa bed. A breakfast basket can be booked.

Come and spend a delightful time in a comfortable wooden chalet on a large enclosed plot, with private swimming pool and Nordic bath. Ideal for families: children's hut, garage and parking. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two large terraces to enjoy the calm. 7 km from Guéret and at the foot of the Chabrières forest, ideal for hiking, trail and mountain biking (700 km marked). The cottage is quietly located, on the edge of a fishing lake, close to a small village in the Limousine countryside. Fully equipped for a pleasant stay, you can enjoy the garden to relax. It has access to the pool from June 15 to September 15. You will discover many activities nearby, both cultural and sports (hiking, museums, mountain biking, fishing...)
