Vacation rentals with a pool in Crete

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous villa. From the moment we met Stefanos and his parents at their nearby taverna to say hello and get the keys, we knew it would be a great vacation. We were welcomed with cold drinks and plates of delicious food. Stefanos personally took us to the villa, showed us around and answered all our questions. There was a beautiful food basket (vegetables, fruit, olive oil, and other Crete delights) waiting for us as a further welcome. The villa itself is even more gorgeous than in the photos. It is beautifully appointed and each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bath so it was perfect for the couples staying there. The view is stunning - looking out over olive groves and farm land with the sea in the distance. We found fantastic beaches nearby, groceries and great tavernas in local villages. We also enjoyed some swims in the pool at the villa. All in all, a wonderful stay and a huge thanks to Stefanos and his family for so warmly welcoming us!

This house was absolutely amazing – just like in the pictures, if not even better! The location right by the beach is truly breathtaking, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. All the furniture and appliances are top-of-the-line – everything was spotless, high-quality, and incredibly comfortable. Ria was a fantastic host – super friendly, always quick to respond, and very helpful. We really appreciated how kind and welcoming she was. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would recommend this house to absolutely everyone. A perfect getaway!

Eine Unterkunft mit einem wirklich atemberaubenden Ausblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser zweijähriger Sohn hat sich auch sehr gut zurecht gefunden und mit uns am Pool gespielt, man sollte aber natürlich immer einen Blick drauf haben . Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft deutlich großzügiger als auf den Fotos und ist bestens ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar Hanteln für Sport und Stühle und Schirm für den Strand und ein Töpfchen für Kinder. Die Kommunikation mit Eleni lief sehr gut. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert und alles möglich gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa anasa exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice, the attention to detail in the interior is impressive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Gorgios was a gracious host and helpful in every way possible.

Stunning location, very well kept, outside spaces are beautiful. Nice and private in terms of other villas in the area. Dit zeer proper en ultramodern vakantieverblijf overtrof al onze verwachtingen! Zulk hartelijk persoonlijk ontvangst door de eigenaars. Een goed gevulde ijskast bij aankomst, net zoals fruit, koffie en versnaperingen. Prachtig groot privézwembad. Fantastisch luxueus genieten in alle comfort met comfortabele ligzetels en badjassen/-sleffers. Het was perfect voor ons, raden het zeker aan en komen ongetwijfeld snel terug!

Das Haus selbst ist modern, stilvoll und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Besonders der großzügige Pool und der atemberaubende Ausblick über die kretische Landschaft bis hin zum Meer haben uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, ist der Gastgeber. Vom ersten Moment an war er unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam – nach kürzester Zeit fühlte es sich an, als hätten wir einen Freund vor Ort gefunden. Ob Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurantempfehlungen oder einfach nur ein nettes Gespräch – er war immer für uns da und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. DejaView ist der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten, Genießen und Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

We loved our time here. Recently renovated with care, the house strikes a balance between modern comfort and historic charm. It’s spacious, thoughtfully designed, and finished to a high standard. Located in the quaint village of Gerani, about a 10 minute drive from Rethymno, we genuinely appreciated being outside the city and immersed in the village atmosphere. Gerani has everything you need — a supermarket, great bakeries, and a few solid restaurants — our favourite being Maxis. The village also has easy access to the highway, which made it a perfect base for day trips to beaches and nearby towns, all while skipping the congestion of Rethymno. Damnoni and Kalypso beaches on the southern coast were a highlight. We found everyone we communicated with very nice and easy to deal with. Worth the stay!

We loved this home. The huge terrace and view are so amazing. We spent lots of time on the nice patio furniture outside enjoying it. We also loved the pool. You can walk to a few spots in the area for dinner and we really enjoyed the patio bar at the hotel next door. Fun spot. Across the street was Pegasus Dive and boat rental. It was so nice to walk there and rent a small boat to see the town from the water. The town is really nice and the perfect size place to explore. We spent a week here and another week in Chania area. Thanks for sharing your home. I would highly recommend it

Excelente estadia, com check-in flexível a qualquer e estacionamento. É necessário carro, fica a 10minutos do centro de chania. Piscina impecável, espaço exterior muito bem aproveitado. Interior não é muito grande, mas excelente com todas as comodidades necessárias, ainda com miminhos que os donos deixaram. Sem dúvida recomendo a hospedagem!

Es war super schön hier. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern. Man ist ein bisschen am Berg oben, was super schön ist, da es dort viel ruhiger ist. In die Stadt und zum Strand kommt man super zu Fuß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

isla luxary Appartement hält was der Name verspricht. Als Familie mit mehren Generationen hatten wir die Pool- Wohnung gemietet, die sehr modern, geschmackvoll, großzügig und komfortabel war. Die großen Schlafzimmer verfügen über gepflegte, saubere Badezimmer mit genügend Handtüchern. Die Betten sind extrem bequem mit regelmäßig gewechselt Bettwäsche. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung größer als sie auf den Fotos wirkt und hat uns damit freudig überrascht. Wir benötigten für unser Baby eine Extra-Austattung, die qualitativ hochwertige war. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.Der absolute Traum ist der architektonisch perfekt angelegte Aussenbereich mit hochwertigen, bequemen Mobiliar und gepflegten Pflanzen. Die professionelle Reinigung wird früh morgens durchgeführt und der Pool erscheint stets blitzsauber. Bei Fragen und wetterbedingten kleineren Problemen war Stamatis schnell und sachkundig zur Stelle, so dass wir uns stets gut aufgehoben fühlten. Ein besonderer Urlaub in besonderem Ambiente!

Apartment with a beautiful terrace and a great swimming pool. Nearby is a nice local restaurant. Very nice hostess. We recommend this location for people who value peace.

Die Unterkunft und generell die Anlage drumherum war sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns dort super wohlgefühlt. Der Pool und die Aussicht von hier aus war echt toll. Die Anlage liegt in den Bergen mit einem Weitblick zum Meer - echt schön 😍 Claudia und Marco waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, falls wir Empfehlungen für die Gegend benötigt haben 🙂 Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr erholsame Zeit 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandros’s place! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, but the real highlight was the stunning outdoor space and private pool – we truly didn’t want to leave. Alexandros was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving us a selection of delicious local treats. We had everything we needed and more. The location is peaceful and offers a beautiful sea view thanks to its position on a hill – it feels like a little slice of paradise. It’s just a short drive to the charming town of Rethymno, which has plenty of great places to eat, shop, and explore. There are also supermarkets nearby if you’d rather cook and enjoy meals at the lovely villa. Do note that you’ll definitely need a car, as the villa is a bit uphill and not walkable from town – but the view and tranquility are well worth it. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Séjour parfait chez Maria ! Accueil chaleureux et grande gentillesse. Logement impeccable, décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel. Propreté irréprochable et petites attentions très appréciées. Emplacement idéal, proche du centre ville (15 min en voiture). Maria est une hôte exceptionnelle, toujours disponible et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement !

Great week spent just relaxing and had everything we needed. Pool was a great relief to the heat and visiting the local supermarket meant we cooked several times int he bbq and had breakfast looking over the views. Communication was great through out with some good recommendations. Loved that we had a mid week set of new towels / sheets and rubbish removed. It was just what we wanted - relaxed in a lovely location close to amenities . Thank you x

The property is beautiful and location just perfect just a 15mins bus ride to the harbor which is full of nice restaurants and shops etc. The property is a short walk to the beautiful beaches with a few beach bars with nice food and drink and restaurant not far away with very nice food. Die Ferienwohnung war topp, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gute Lage zwischen Flughafen und Chania. Besonders hervorheben möchte aber die sehr gute Kommunikation und Lösungsorientierung mit Effie. Ich hatte die Ferienwohnung für unsere Tochter (war damals noch 17 Jahre alt) und ihr Freunde gemietet. Effie war von Anfang an offen für diese Buchung und hat alles sehr positiv unterstützt. Sie war immer sehr schnell erreichbar und hat uns immer das Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben. Als unserer Tochter wieder Zuhause war, hatte sie nur Gutes und Wertschätzendes zu der gesamten Reise geäußert. Effie war auch mehrfach in der Ferienwohnung und hat wertvolle Infos und Tipps mitgeteilt. Es war einfach alles nur sehr schön. Lieben Dank Effie!!

Absolutely incredible stay at the villa very opulent from the minute the gate opens . So spacious,5 of us stayed for 1 week and the villa was just perfect. The outside area was amazing for relaxing wish we could have stayed longer. And will definitely book again with Dimitrios. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Thank you

Mathios en Lilian, ontzettend bedankt voor het fantastische verblijf. Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. We hebben genoten van de heerlijke luxe en het comfort, het ontbrak ons aan niets. Samen met onze 3-jarige zoon hebben we een geweldige tijd gehad en volop genoten.

We had a great stay in Crete in Atsipopoulo. The location is really great - since Atsipopulo is near the middle of the island, it's just about 1 hour to either Heraklion or Chania. It's also quick to get to the south side of Crete. We rented a car and were able to find parking near by consistently during our stay in May. We were told by other guests that the bus to Rethymo was easy but we don't have personal experience with this. Within walking distance is a grocery store, several restaurants and bakeries. The restaurants are mostly fast food, but just up the road are some great tavernas. Manolis is a great host and responded to all of our questions. Our room was cleaned weekly. We enjoyed our room very much, but what really made us love our stay was all of the common spaces. The rooftop was our favorite place to relax as well as get some work done. There are also friendly cats, which was a huge plus for us.

Great place. Only complaint, which is not a reflection necessarily on the place, was that Airbnb’s directions to the place was inaccurate. The villa is listed on google maps - that location is accurate.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa! Man genießt durch die Lage eine intime Privatsphäre, ungestört und ruhig! Die Unterkunft selber hatte alles was man benötigt, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und der Poolbereich sauber. Mit dem Auto war alles sehr gut erreichbar, man war in 20 Minuten in Rethymno und in 10 Minuten im Zentrum im Dorf nebenan. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und es wurde schnell geantwortet! Wir würden immer wieder kommen!
