Experience a comfortable stay in a well-appointed guest suite featuring a king-sized bed in a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Enjoy access to an adjacent room with a twin bed. This room is located on the second floor of our home. You are welcome to use the laundry room. Please note that the king bed is placed in the sloped section of the bedroom. While the bedroom is private, the bathroom is shared with other guests, in my many years of hosting, this has never posed any issues.

Conveniently located in the Park Hill area, with easy access to public transportation (close to #4 Bus which goes directly to #4 Subway, and #32 Bus to Metro North, 30 minutes to Grand Central). Huge Master bedroom, with a comfy queen-sized bed, private bath, and plenty of space. Parking space available in the street. Late check-in time needs to be confirmed with host or it won't be allowed.

Small cozy room in historic 1828 Dobbs Ferry home.

This is a sweet warm room with twin bed chest of drawers, desk and hanging closet with shelves. I have a 2nd larger room with two twin beds in it, listed separately, and also a very small bedroom with a slightly narrower bed with a curtain across the doorway. Please note: I have one cat. So if you are allergic, maybe not a good choice for you. There is no TV in the room.
