Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Our stay was amazing. The house is a peaceful oasis, but only a few minutes walk away from amazing stores and restaurant. The house has so much charm and the backyard is just amazing. Denis was so responsive, friendly, and the house manual was one of the best I’ve seen! Perfect spot for a comfy, hip, and relaxing stay in LA.

We had a lovely week- long stay at this adorable bungalow in Culver City in the Carlson Park neighborhood! The house was in a great spot on a beautiful tree-lined, quiet street. Everything was as described, and it was very clean. All the essentials were provided and the kitchen was well stocked (and had kid friendly bowls and cups). There were two desks, so it was easy to work remotely. There were several spots (restaurants and coffee shops) within a 10 minute walk and downtown Culver was closer to a 20 minute walk but still a very pleasant walk. Communication was very proactive and prompt. We would definitely come back to stay!

When the original unit we were planning to rent was unexpectedly not available due to the tenants being unable to return to their fire damaged home in LA, Fawaz and Nicholas offered an alternate unit arrangement for us that was even better than our first pick- which is hard to believe- All of their units are amazing! Beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed including a gift basket ; private patios with water features and comfortable furniture; quiet peaceful walkable locations with many great restaurants close by and easy access to local attractions and airport It was a perfect stay and Fawaz and Nicholas were the perfect, most responsive and accommodating hosts I highly recommend their Jackson Ave properties! We will be back!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

The house is so close to lax airport and was very close to my aunts house. Soooooo many amenities in the house! Pool was refreshing, lots of comfortable patio furniture, comfortable beds, lots of games, books, many movies. Maria was so prompt to answer questions (thank you so much)!! Dennis’s place was perfect for our trip - in a good area of town and multiple restaurants in a walkable distance. There’s a “park” at the corner of the street and if you walk through it, you end up on sunset blvd with plenty of things to do. There’s hotel itself was comfy and clean, with friendly neighbors who made us feel safe and even offered us food/bar recommendations. Loved our time here and would definitely stay again! 😊

I had a really pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, and the neighborhood decent. It was a quiet place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The only downside was the parking situation. It was a bit tricky to find a spot nearby. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place—especially for those traveling without a car or strictly using ride share to enjoy the city.

Lauren was an outstanding host! Communication was clear, proactive, and super helpful throughout the stay. She was also incredibly flexible and accommodating with check-in and check-out, which made everything so smooth. The house itself is stunning, you can tell a creative director lives here. Every detail is thoughtful and beautifully designed. The private backyard was the perfect place to relax. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone and would love to stay here again!

We are super happy with our stay. Sara is a very communicative, polite, and helpful person. The apartment has everything a good Airbnb should have, and even more :) Beautiful street for walks, very close to Whole Foods Market. Nearby, I recommend a very good restaurant, "Little Fatty". If you are in the mood for Asian cuisine with a slight modern twist, I recommend it. One thing I know for sure is where I will be sleeping on my next visit to LA 😉 Thanks Sara!
