House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house renovated in 2023 with very nice amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1st to October 31st: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

Ce trois pièces pour 2 à 3 personnes comprend deux chambres,une salle à manger/salon, de nombreux rangements, une cuisine ouverte, une salle de bain avec baignoire, une terrasse de 40 m2 avec vue sur une oliveraie. Parfait pour se reposer ou préparer des randonnée pedestre ou cycliste !

Der Weitblick von der Terrasse auf den Mont Ventoux und die ausserordentlich schöne Landschaft lässt das Herz höher schlagen! Die Gegend ist besonders beliebt bei Radfahrern und Wanderern. Das Dorf liegt unweit von Vaison-la-Romaine. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Wochenmärkte und gute Restaurants.

Vous pourrez vous garer sur le parking public gratuit de la place du village ou juste autour, à une minute à pied.
