Brand new kitchen with induction cooktop and microwave. It has sliding, double-glazed doors in the living room and bedroom. TV with satellite channels (mostly German channels, some French and some English). Community pool. In the area you will find all the amenities, parking, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc.

Villa S'alzinar is full of character, with a large private infinity pool and wooden sun deck. The interior is the ideal balance of contemporary and traditional, with bespoke furnishings, exposed beam ceilings and Majorcan stone walls. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
