There’s also a remote controlled gas fireplace with darling vintage mantle, nice kitchen+inside laundry too.

Nestled in a serene park like setting this charming one room bungalow offers a peaceful retreat from a busy world! Paradise park is located on about 1/2 acre with lots of trees, flowers, paths for walking, seating areas for relaxing and its own river, pond and water wheel! Bamboo Bungalow consists of one room with a queen bed and a bathroom. There is also a separate laundry room and kitchen/dining area. A second one bedroom unit is also available on the property named Water Wheel Cottage.

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.
