It’s a duplex house consisting of two Airbnbs in one house, there’s a private staircase upstairs to Airbnb, it has a private balcony, private kitchen and private bath. there is no living room or dinning room. It has offstreet parking and 1 space in the driveway. It has 5G Wi-Fi . It’s a 13 minute drive from downtown,.The grocery store is about seven minutes away and lots of restaurants in the same area, 25 minute drive from the airport. There is a camera in the hallway.

Sherry was very responsive prior to and during my stay. Private room and space was clean and exactly as described! The location was perfect for driving in and out of downtown Cincinnati.

Lenore has thought of every detail. There was a Bible, a first aid kit, a sewing kit, multiple fans, paper and pens, a charger and block for apple and Droid, coffee, tea, hot pot to heat water, utensils and cups...excellent host.

A storage cabinet is organized with multiple shelves. The top shelf contains a decorative crown and a small potted plant, while the second shelf holds various glass tumblers and ceramic mugs with animal designs. The bottom shelves display neatly arranged plates with a striped pattern.

Great stay. Cozy place, amazing bedding, water pressure and temps for 3 people taking back to back showers. Parking was a little tricky if the neighbors aren't against curb but this is not the hosts issue. Just something to be aware of. Host was very welcoming and attentive! Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful 1 bed apartment in the Incline District!

Raymond is a great host, proactive and always easy to reach. We appreciated the extra-large towels and warm duvet! The apartment is located in a very quiet area. Some guests may have difficulties with the stairs up to the apartment, which are VERY steep and the steps are narrow. Hold on to the handrail and go S-L-O-W! This was a longer stay for us, so we were able to explore the area more. There is a great park (Echo Park) in easy walking distance with a wonderful view of downtown Cincinnati and the river. Our best find for the area was Camporosso Pizza across the river in Fort Mitchell. We had true wood-fired Italian pizza. The BEST we have had in many years!
