We had a great stay in Adriano's house in Parma. The house was really nice, very spacious and in a quiet area but also close to the city centre with many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the basic provisions which was helpful for a short stay. Adriano was friendly and responsive and gave us some good local advice. Overall an excellent weekend and hope to visit Param again some time.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Fausta e Andrea hanno messo a nostra disposizione ogni comodità e addirittura ci hanno accolto con un dolce preparato da Fausta! L'appartamento è pulitissimo, fornitissimo (soprattutto la cucina) e molto ampio. Fausta è super gentile e ospitale. Consigliatissimo.

Un tuffo nel passato nella dimora di Marco, casa deliziosa ben arredata con gusto retrò, ampio giardino e posizione super! Marco molto disponibile e sempre attento a rispettare le richieste! Ve lo consiglio

Es war so schön! Davide hat uns super Tipps gegeben was die Umgebung angeht, die Fahrräder waren perfekt, da diese auf jeden Fall essentiell sind um die ganze Umgebung zu erkunden! Grosse Empfehlung!

Appartamento al di sopra delle aspettative con tutti i comfort e arredato in modo moderno e completo. Graziano è stato molto accogliente, disponibile e molto attento alle nostre esigenze. Posizione ottimale e tranquilla, a piedi si può girare tutta la città Vivamente consigliato!

We stayed at Francesca’s for a few days and it was magical. We felt we had our own little villa, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lush garden where we could enjoy a morning coffee or evening spritz. The home is full of charm and beauty and was the perfect backdrop to our northern Italy adventure. It was spacious, had a lot of areas where we could lounge around as a group or individually to read, play some records, relax. It had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. There was a lovely Jacuzzi and a shower with great water pressure. The two bedrooms had lots of closet space and the beds were very comfortable. Franscesca was very responsive and easy to communicate with and gave us some great local recommendations. If you stay here, you will want to rent a bike because it is a bit of a walk into town, but the area is beautiful and private and along a lovely canal so it’s worth it. There is a tenant that lives on the property but they are very quiet and no bother.

Appartamento pulitissimo, modernissimo e bellissimo. Weekend lavorativo fuori porta alleggerito molto dalla comodità dell’alloggio e del letto. Zona molto tranquilla e residenziale. Giuseppe molto gentile e disponibile, consiglio vivamente!

Ottima posizione, casa come da descrizione, in ordine e pulita. Host super attivo e, quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema, ci ha subito risposto e ha cercato di risolverlo.

Me and my partner came to Crema for our two year anniversary, and we definitely weren’t disappointed with Roberto’s place. Not only was it cosy, homely and relaxing, but we had everything we needed available to us, including advice from Roberto on local spots to visit. Crema itself is beautiful, the people are incredibly friendly and the food and drink was not only delicious, but very fairly priced. Would really recommend, the apartment is also in a great location, only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre and all its main attractions.

Jari’s place was great. We stayed here for the Cremona karting circuit. Located in a quiet area Private car parking space. The apartment was very spacious with everything you could need. The bedrooms were lovely with an open plan living/dining area. Jari helped make recommendations for dinner and was very responsive if we had a question. We would stay here again!

Logement très joliement décoré. Bien placé, à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Je recommande sans problème !

I won't write a huge review because I don't have the time to explain how brilliant every aspect of our stay. Luca is an absolute star. He met us at the Property, explained everything to us, recommended several excellent restaurants and was always available to help us when we needed him. I 100% recommend this property. Book it and you will thank me! Thanks Luca, I will tell everyone I know your apartment is the No. 1 place to stay in Parma!

Marco's apartment has the perfect location - it's walkable to everything in the old town (you can literally see the baptistery right when you come out of the building) and Marco gave us great recommendations for restaurants which we really appreciated. The apartment is EXTREMELY comfortable, with great air conditioining which we really appreciated given the summer heat. The wifi worked great too and the kitchen allowed us to do simple things like wash fruits etc. The bed was very comfortable too, and I even used the terrace to dry some laundry. All in all, we said to each other that we could see ourselves staying here for much longer, would totally recommend to everyone looking for a cosy place to stay in Parma! Extra thanks to Marco for helping us call a taxi before we left, and for proactively reaching out to say he was there if we needed anything!

We had a wonderful time at Francesca's place and she made us feel very welcome. We had everything we needed and were happy to come back here every time to rest after a long day of exploring the city. Would recommend!

Per la nostra piccola fuga da Milano abbiamo scelto l'appartamento di Davide, siamo arrivati in auto, abbiamo apprezzato subito i parcheggi gratuiti in strada appena fuori l' appartamento, ma anche se non fossero stati disponibili, come da annuncio, c'era un posto auto a nostra disposizione. Le istruzioni per il check in erano semplici e chiare, appena entrati in casa abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e l'ordine, e le varie forniture, che ci hanno permesso di non comprare nulla di più, per i pochi giorni che saremmo rimasti, e non è scontato. Il Letto molto comodo, lenzuola pulite e asciugamani top ✨️ il divano anche è veramente comodo. La zona si presenta tranquilla e silenziosa, abbiamo dormito come dei ghiri con le finestre aperte grazie anche alle zanzariere. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e ringraziamo tanto Davide per averci fornito tutte le info anche per i dintorni, che abbiamo seguito con piacere, soprattutto per il parcheggio vicino al centro. Torneremo presto 🙏

Le logement était facile d'accès et très confortable je raccomande.

Quiet place just outside of the busy central city at walkable to everything you want to see. A big plus is the private parking space but be aware that anything bigger than a compact car will be difficult to park there. The wireless was a little finicky to get onto at first, but once we restarted the router and seemed to work fine thereafter. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioning cooled the entire apartment to a comfortable temperature and the double glazing made the bedroom. Very quiet for sleeping. Good choice, especially if you have a car!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gian Marco et Enrica. L’appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, à proximité des restaurants et des commerces. L’hôte a été très accueillante et nous a permis de déposer nos bagages avant l’heure du check-in, ce qui a été très appréciable. Les instructions fournies étaient claires et la communication était fluide. Le logement était très propre et fidèle aux photos. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu, qui offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Excellent location and multiple communications with owners were responded to immediately with clear guidelines. We were given early access to the flat and garage which was lucky as it turned out the street was closed that day for a 25th anniversary celebration. Flat is accurately presented and described. It is very clean and the bedroom is quiet at night. Entry was a bit complicated as I also rented the garage - lock on front door, then a lock box for garage key/ remote and then a lock box for flat. Having said that, flat and garage were extremely secure and it was easy after that. Definitely recommend the flat and its central location. Parma is a lovely town.

We had a perfect stay with Lara. The apartment is very tidy and Lara is super nice and helpful. We were able to check in flexibly and even received recommendations for the surrounding area. You could contact Lara at any time. The location including the parking lot is great. Price-performance ratio is great. Thank you and all the best! 😊

Joli logement , conforme à la description, et très bien équipé. La communication avec Andrei est facile et ses conseils ( en particuliers pour le stationnement) sont trés utiles.

Appartamento vicinissimo al centro, ci ha permesso di lasciare la macchina e di girare comodamente a piedi. Il parcheggio a pagamento davanti casa, ha dei costi contenuti rispetto alle tariffe richieste in altre città.
