Kenneth’s cabin was even better in person, and a peaceful retreat to come back to after full days of exploring southern Illinois. Lots of hooks and outlets are some of the thoughtful details. The location down a secluded lane was just what we like. Kenneth and Diane were both responsive and friendly. They even happily accommodated an unexpected request. We highly recommend and would like to visit again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We loved the screened in porch and the beautiful patio with all the lovely landscaping and lights! Definitely one of our favorite places for a little get away from the pressures of life!

We had an excellent stay at this lakeside treasure. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place for near the national forest areas. Great host too. Instructions were clear and the place was incredible. We hope to visit here again.
