The cabin is surrounded by ORV and snowmobile trails. It is centrally located in the northern part of the lower peninsula for easy day trips to areas such as Mackinac Island and Traverse City. Higgins lake, with a small beautiful beach is just a 5 minute drive from the cabin.

Road end lake access, as well as 1.2 miles from the only public boat launch and state park on the lake.

The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. You will be close to hiking trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, and skiing.
