Condo vacation rentals in Craven County

It was such a pleasure staying in David's apartment—great location, impeccably clean, and well organized. Communication was easy, and there was a proactive response every time we had any questions. The apartment met our expectations. I highly recommend it to other guests.

Ann was a great host, and this place is a perfect stop in New Bern! It's about 15 or 20 minutes from most of the main activities, and I had a wonderful time crossing the bridge to get around. The space was clean and orderly, and well stocked with coffees and teas. The bed was comfortable and felt clean, and the additional seating was a nice touch. In all, id definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a nice place to stay just out of the main city!

The apartment was gorgeous, very well kept and a great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do, and everywhere we wanted to eat. Sandy is an extremely responsive host, and gave great recommendations to make out stay even more enjoyable.

The location was amazing…walkable to attractions, restaurants, shopping, churches, and waterfront. Clean and quiet…couldn’t even hear the clock tower chime from the front bedroom. Parking right in front was a bonus too, even though we didn’t use our car the whole weekend! Would definitely come back!

I stayed at Sandy's place for the Plein Air Art Festival in New Bern. It was the perfect location in downtown - very walkable to what I wanted to see, and restaurants downstairs for easy meals, especially breakfast at Bellas. Sandy was very responsive to my questions.

Had an excellent stay in an awesome place! Julie has all instructions and suggested activities organized in handy folders that go above and beyond! Super clean and quiet! I will definitely stay here again, the location is perfect… close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful!

The place was everything we wanted

I was very pleased with the condo that I rented. The location was perfect, the amenities were awesome, and the place was well stocked with everything I needed! I spent money and brought extra things that I thought I would need, but did not, because they were already there. Things like a strainer, a mixer, a can opener, a measuring cup... The only things missing were band aids or bandages in case of accidents! Everything worked as it should, the beds were comfy, the hot tub was amazing!!! I would definitely recommend that others stay here for their next getaway! Andrew, the host, was quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy for me... thanks Andrew!

Great location hugged by trees, near the Neuse River. Walking along the little marina is so peaceful - especially in the morning. The unit also has a small screened in porch so you can relax in the evening while enjoying the light breeze.
