Our stay was a last minute decision. Richard and his wife were so kind and helpful. They met us at the house and even had lemonade in the fridge. The house is very cute, clean and nicely decorated. They made suggestions and we went with one of the suggestions and it was excellent. New Bern is a cute town and they are close to everything

Had a wonderful stay at Libbie's home. Enjoyed our conversations regarding the area, family, and travels around the world. Libbie had some very interesting stories which I truly enjoyed. She was very cordial, and I would recommend her home for a stay to anyone visiting the area.

A laundry area is equipped with a vintage washing machine and a modern dryer. Adjacent storage units are neatly organized, while a decorative mat is positioned on the tiled floor, contributing to the functional space.

This home was perfect for our holiday travels! The host NyKedtra was very friendly and helpful during our stay! If you love the country this is the home for you!!!! Very peaceful, very quiet, and felt very safe in the area!!! We loved the stay and the other host came to help us with some things and she was very polite and made us feel right at home!!!!! We definitely will stay again if we are in the area!!!!

The Farm on Grape Creek - Huge Downstairs Suite

A truly relaxing retreat! We are offering a suite of two rooms on the first floor that includes a large bedroom with a king size bed and large bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub, separate shower and dressing room with double vanities. A private deck overlooks the pasture. Also included for your private use is an adjacent study which has a TV and pull out sofa bed. The home is part of a working sheep farm conveniently located between New Bern and Kinston, NC which are both 15-20 minutes away.

Puritan Place room

Beautifully restored historic B&B on a quiet, centrally located street. Everything was within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast is the best breakfast we have ever had at a B&B! Perfect place to stay in New Bern.

Upon arrival she greeted us at the door. Gave us a tour and explained where everything was and how it worked. The area is absolutely beautiful with lots to do and a couple of blocks from Tryon Palace. Lots of local restaurants and shops. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The room was very nice and we had a great nites sleep. Breakfast was absolutely delish! My husband and I have food restrictions and I let her know in advance and she was very accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay. You will be pleased. (PS-the coffee was amazing)

Meadows Inn - Neuse River Suite

Very clean, comfortable, inviting common spaces and private room/bath. Hostess super friendly, knowledge, welcoming. She shared great information and updates on restaurants and points of interest. Food was amazing for breakfast and evening sweet treats. Great outside spaces for sitting, relaxing, and visiting.

The bathroom features a white tub surrounded by elegant marble tile. A frosted shower curtain provides privacy, while a recessed shelf showcases complimentary toiletries. Soft light reflects off the smooth surfaces, enhancing the overall clean and modern aesthetic.

Meadows Inn - Palace Suite

This was my second time staying at Meadows Inn. Once again we had a wonderful stay. Linda made us feel right at home. Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the yummy afternoon desserts. Highly recommend!

Lincoln Room #3

This place is better than a home away from home. The whole house is comfortable and thoughtfully styled. The rooms are clean and comfortable (haven’t slept so well in ages). Breakfasts were delicious and great conversations were had. Location is perfect. Hosts were welcoming. It was difficult to leave.
