Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. You will find a full kitchen ready for you to prepare some home cooked meals, three bedrooms, two baths, a soaker tub and a deck for miles! The home has a private driveway with plenty of space for up to 5 vehicles. My friend and I do an annual Airbnb with our kids, and this one unanimously took the cake! We had plans to visit nearby attractions, but never left the property. The kids just wanted to play the games, fish, boat, soak, and stay. We are big into fishing, so that’s where I’ll say something for the future guests - do not let the shallow depth (around 3.5’) dissuade you! Bass and pickerel are in there, and I myself caught a trophy size pickerel (I’d guess 22” and plump) - so my advice if you’re going to fish; bring fish lip grippers to be able to handle and hold the pickerel for a quick photo, and use a leader of thick, 15-20 lb line, (sharp teeth)! The temps reached the 90s and the house stayed cool, two upstairs bedrooms were a little warmer, so bring a fan if you have a hot sleeper. Otherwise I’m impressed by the HVAC (rare in the Poconos ;)) oh and little to no traffic noise, esp when fountains are on! Escape room was awesome, WiFi was great, mini golf awesome, beds comfortable

Stay at FengQing's place was fantastic! Cozy cabin, beautiful farm and super friendly animals. I really enjoyed my "quiet time " in the beautiful chines pavilion on the pond . Property is very private and serene ,perfect for nature lovers. We can't wait to come back. Our host was quick to respond and very helpful

My toddler and I had such a great stay! The place is so beautiful and CLEAN! I think this is the FIRST place I have stayed in that didn't over promise the property and cleanliness. It had lots of gorgeous natural light and really good energy. The ONLY downside is being right on the main road. It was a little annoying at night (but not terrible) and I was terrified if I wasn't carrying my toddler to my car. BUT I will definitely stay here again and again. :)

We had a great time at Peter’s cabin. Our group had 4 adults and a small dog. The place was plenty big enough for all of us and there were plenty of supplies to accommodate all of us. The surroundings were really nice. We saw turkeys, chipmunks, squirrels and 3 deer that came daily for their peanuts. The creek was really nice too! We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the creek flowing by. It was moving pretty swiftly since there had been plenty of rain recently. At night we moved to the front yard and sat around the fire pit. There was plenty of wood to keep the fire going. The house was super clean including the kitchen and bathroom. Communication couldn’t have been any better. The hosts responded to any questions we had quickly. I would highly recommend Peter’s cabin to anyone looking to travel to the Pocono Mountains.

What a great find! The pictures don't even do this place justice! The location is so idyllic, you really feel that you're out in nature. Everything in the house was very easy to understand and we weren't left needing anything. It was also very well heated in the middle of winter, sometimes these old houses in the Poconos get get very drafty. Lots of little charming touches and surprises to help us feel at home. Would book again in summer!
