5 Stars – A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Federal Hill! Staying at Diane’s place was an absolute dream! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of historic charm that made it feel both cozy and special. Located right above Venda Ravioli—one of the best spots for authentic Italian food in all of New England—you truly can’t beat the location. Federal Hill is already known for its vibrant culture and incredible dining, but being able to walk downstairs and grab fresh pasta, espresso, or a world-class meal was a next-level experience. Diane clearly puts a lot of thought and care into the space. Every detail felt considered, from the decor to the amenities. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone visiting Providence. Whether you're a foodie, a history lover, or just someone looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay—this is it.

The place looked just like the photos and was very nice and clean. Griselle was very kind from the moment I got there. She was outside talking to soneone when I arrived & she even offered to help me bring my bags inside. I had trouble figuring out how to turn the hot water on in the shower, she responded very fast (within a few min) & even offered to come and fix it. She came over right away and showed me everything. She was an amazing host and I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location if you're looking to travel between Newport and Providence and is on a nice main street shopping area. Apartment was clean and looked exactly as pictured, albeit fairly bare bones when it comes to amenities like blankets / basic toiletries. Overall a good place for our short visit back to RI.

Our stay in Rhode Island was fantastic! The communication from the host was outstanding—they checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and were always quick to respond. The place itself was perfect, with all the amenities we could ask for. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was cute, clean, and perfect for relaxing in the evenings after full days of hiking, sightseeing, and exploring Rhode Island. Pamela was extremely kind and responsive anytime I reached out, which made everything even smoother. We could occasionally hear the tenants above, but overall it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay again.

As a returning guest, I so appreciate when Nicole’s apartment is available. I look forward to it first! It is like coming to a favorite home away from home.

Scott was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and personable. This loft is in a very unique location, but the resident spaces are separated from the “mall” below and are secure and safe. The loft was pristine and perfect for a weekend in Providence. Whole small, it’s well appointed with plenty of linens, cozy blankets, lots of closet space, and just enough kitchen for snacks and cocktails! It’s perfectly located for access to tons of bars and restaurants, RISD, Waterfire, etc. Parking in the lot on Pine Street behind the Hampton in was easy and relatively affordable. Would definitely book again!

James is a warm and thoughtful host, he is very polite also. The location is very good. There are some wonderful restaurants around the room. I hope to be back next time.

The place was easy to find, clean, and Luis had left clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and the parking spot was easy to find. Josh was very responsive and helpful. When we couldn’t find a hair dryer, he arranged an expedited replacement for the next day, which we really appreciated. He also gave us great local recommendations for our day trip to Newport. Communication was always friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Providence.

The apartment is really great, very spacious, conformable beds, very well equipped and wonderful bathroom. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and CVS. Quiet neighborhood and Farmers market close by during summer. Hosts are extremely nice and respond to any questions in a matter of minutes. This is the second time me or my family stayed in the apartment and have always had a great time. Thank you very much!

Excellent stay and fantastic host! Couldn’t ask for better communications or responsiveness. This was an ideal location for us, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay away from home for a few weeks. Highly recommend it! We’ll be back!

Really enjoyed my stay at Rob’s place. He was very accommodating for checking and checkout. Good communication. He checked in to make sure everything was ok. Easy to get into the apartment. Great place for a short stay to visit the area. Quick ride to downtown, with a bus stop directly outside the property. Good parking. Appreciated the cold water in the refrigerator and toiletries. Quick 5-10 minute walk at PC. Good Lebanese/Pizza place right across the street. If I ever need to stay in PVD again, I would surely stay at his place.

Our stay at Kristina’s place was perfect for a weekend reunion at Brown. We were able to do laundry locally after traveling for a week and before traveling another two. It was quiet, serene and tastefully decorated. A great escape from the hustle and crowds of downtown providence and the brown campus. We needed more toilet paper and Kristina brought it within minutes. Great host and highly recommend the Airbnb! The bed was super comfy too!

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

Matthew was a gracious host very good communicator very responsive. The place is easily accessible close to the highways in downtown Providence.

Staying at Charlotte's was very relaxing. Easy Check -in , Clean, comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub was very nice also. I would Definitely recommend this place to others

Beautiful historic penthouse in great location. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. David was available and responsive, and quick to rectify any issues.
