I truly can’t say enough good things! Our stay was just so relaxing and fun. You can tell how much care and thought these owners put into the experience. Just such a cute and super clean place. So easy to access and the water is just a very short walk across the road. We even had the opportunity to meet the owners in person briefly and they are just so kind and so nice! My husband and I are already talking about our next stay here!

My sister and I stayed here a few nights while attending a local reunion. It's super cozy and very clean with cute decor. I slept in the loft and realized I am not as nimble at 60 years old as I used to be, but I left my luggage on the ground floor and managed just fine. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were perfect for our needs. We walked to the general store and the rail cars are super close. Thaddeus was exceptionally responsive. Loved our stay at The Owl's Nest.

Can I give a rating higher than 5 stars? Marsha is the best Airbnb host I've had to date. She was kind, considerate, and incredibly welcoming. The breakfasts she made for us were absolutely amazing, and we loved the many conversations we had with her and Peter. Again, I cannot stress this enough, these are incredibly lovely airbnb hosts, and you will not regret staying here. We would stay again in a heartbeat and have already recommended this airbnb to friends! If you like to camp with pets, but also like to sleep in a comfortable bed with warm blankets and easy access to facilities, this is the place for you!

What a beautiful cabin in the woods and on the Hudson River. So cute and quaint, it was a perfect getaway. Hot shower, washer and dryer and heated cabin are big bonuses in the ADK. Comfortable furniture, serene setting. It was a perfect setup. We will definitely stay here again.
