Vacation rentals with a patio in Cox Peninsula

We stayed with Ben for a number of months and from the very beginning he was a fantastic host. The apartment was exactly as described and situated close to the main streets in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t recommend this apartment more. If we return to Darwin we will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and host very responsive

Hi, this is in the Mantra Pardanus. There was no shampoo or conditioner, but a supermarket is nearby. While the room itself is pristine, the carpets in the Mantra hallways are getting tired. Place was great, view is fantastic, bed fine, wifi good. I’d come back.

Stephen and his lovely wife were very responsive. Everything about the property was exactly as shown in the picture if not better. Beautiful view from both balcony’s, very clean and tidy and a perfect for family’s. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

This apartment was in a great part of Darwin, walkable to the city, restaurants on our doorstep and easy access to transport. The apartment had all that we required for our stay. It was very private and not accessible to others. We would stay there again. Thank you Kim.

Marias place is lovely and in an excellent location on the Nightcliffe foreshore. The place is a small, self contained studio but the perfect size for me, as one person visiting. It was exceptionally clean and inviting. Maria herself is a warm, helpful host who was very responsive.

Our stay at Shelley’s place was great. The unit was tidy and well-maintained. Shelley was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had.

Damien’s place is a wonderful place to base yourself for a weeks stay in darwin. The location is terrific and puts you within easy reach of everything you need as well as entertainment for adults and children. The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished and spotlessly clean. An excellent holiday destination.

The Summer Guesthouse in Darwin was everything we were hoping for from our three-night stay between Kakadu and the Kimberley. The location was really convenient, very close to the major Casuarina shopping centre and an easy 15-20 minute drive to the major attractions of Mindil Beach and the Waterfront area. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well appointed and extras like Netflix, beautiful swimming pool, and a tranquil Bali-resort style undercover upstairs deck. Eva is a gracious host - welcoming and easily contactable but equally respectful of guests privacy too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and finished our stay having recharged, relaxed and restocked ready for the next leg of our big NT adventure!

I recently stayed at Matthew’s place with a group of friends for a holiday in Darwin. Matthew’s place was absolutely fantastic and a wonderful experience for our group. It was exactly as described in the listing, and was a fantastic place for a group to enjoy sunny Darwin. The house is very spacious, full of amenities and had a lovely outdoor area also. Matthew was very quick to respond whenever we had a query and the check in and check out process was simple and exactly as described. We never once had any issue with the house and would recommend it to anyone staying in Darwin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beatas place. The property is located in a great spot, on a quiet street and close to shopping centres and local attractions. The property is very inviting and homely. Beata was super helpful and timely in her responses, making check in, check out and general enquires a breeze. We're glad we booked Beatas Air BnB as it presents great value for money. Thanks Beata!

Great spot for some R and R along our trip. Apartment is very nice, clean and spacious for 2 people. Gorgeous grounds and lovely pool, v big for 2 people. Lots of privacy which we loved. Just wish there was a stove in the indoor/ outdoor kitchen spaces. Clear but slightly strict instructions on arrival considering we cover a cleaning fee, but didn’t bother us as we’d always leave a host’s place in good condition. Highly recommend this spot. Would be great for a whole family with the adjoining apartment booked separately.

Our family stayed here while we had a baby then we continued our stay while our baby was in the nicu. Jeremy and Daniel were so easy to communicate with and happy to accommodate us when we had to make some changes to our original booking. The house was in a great spot, easy drive to the hospital and then right in the middle of things when we needed to stay home and have a break with our 2 year old. Great cafes in walking distance and then the jetty and the sunset playground was super close and fun for our daughter. She loved adventuring along the rocks at Nightcliff it’s such a good location. She also loved the toys & books that were at the house in the lounge room, definitely helped to keep her entertained for a few days!

Very nice place to stay. Close to town, retaurants and other services. The place was clean although we were unable to locate a broom.

The house worked out perfectly for a family reunion. Close to the city,walking distance to restaurants. Thank- you.

Great place with access to everything you need within walking distance

Alisa is a great host just getting, starting on her Darwin Airbnb journey. It was lovely meeting her on check in. It’s a spacious and comfortable apartment with a beautiful sea view. Great location! Would stay again and recommend others.

We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and loved the apartment. Location is perfect to walk to Darwin City, Mindil Beach and Casino, Cullen Bay. The views are amazing, sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The space is great with plenty of room for everyone. Having the comforts of home when on holidays was great.

Kate and Simon were delightful hosts! So warm, welcoming and friendly! The place was fantastic - great location and amenities including a pool and the room and furnishings were lovely. Kate has impeccable taste! I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend!

Hi Kerri-Ann Thank you for your kind hospitality. The bacon, eggs, milk, butter and bread were a really nice touch! After a long flight we were really grateful that we had something for breakfast the next day without having to leave the unit ! We loved the unit and will definitely stay again.

Way more on offer than what we initially expected! The views and the rooms were amazing! Great huge kitchen and living room felt really comfortable and right at home. Easy to get in and out of the home, neighbours and other residents were very friendly and helpful too! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Darwin.

Jacob is a fun guy and it was lovely staying with him :) The apartment has a beautiful view and having the pool and spay around is just amazing. The room is nice but if you're travelling with lots of luggage it might get a bit cramped (we're backpackers, so it was fine). If you like walking Darwin town center isn't too far but takes about 30min, otherwise catching an Uber is not expensive if you're feeling lazy. The are around the apartment is nice, clean, safe and quiet. We loved our stay here and can't recommend this place enough!
