Looking to spend some quality time with your family or alone. This cozy basement apartment is the perfect option for you. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

This absolutely charming cottage is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the Square. Come relax at this peaceful and centrally-located studio. Soak up the sun or enjoy bird watching in our lovely garden, featuring a fire pit and outdoor seating. Located minutes from Emory, CDC and numerous parks like Piedmont Park and Morningside Nature Preserve. It's an ideal location for checking out the local restaurants and breweries. Plus, it's a 2-min walk to the bus stop which will take you to MARTA, so you can explore the whole city!

The Butler House

Enjoy your stay at The Butler House. This tastefully renovated and decorated 1910 Covington Home sits on a large corner lot on sleepy side street just 3 sidewalked blocks from Downtown Covington. This home has every amenity you could desire with a private backyard with fire pit and 6 Adirondack chairsand parking for four cars, The Butler House would be a perfect place for a weekend retreat, girl’s trip, family vacation or mid week getaway!
