This is the second time we visit this paradise! it's so beautiful there, the lake in front of the house, the forest behind the house. So much peace there. If you need some time to relax or enjoy peaceful moments with your family or friends, this is the place for you!

Ideal solution for those who want to live a quiet stay and in a secluded and authentic village. Upon arrival, we are very well received, and for us who do not speak the language of the country, our host is charming and speaks French very well. She is very attentive and always available to answer our questions. The place is great . Bright and spacious, comfortable, everything is of high quality. Outside, several terraces The heated pool is obviously a plus in an enclosed garden. Three small details that may be important we were “alone” which was perfect for us. At other times, there may be promiscuity as there are two accommodations that are for rent (but there are two swimming pools). Several stairs so beware of people with reduced mobility and for shopping nothing in the village allow 20 mins for the 1st supermarket 6 kms away. in short we are delighted with our week!

Mrs. D. Fátima (whom unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to meet) and Mr. João was extremely cordial and friendly both at the reception and in the availability shown for any additional needs. As for the space, it is magnificent, with a privileged location on the junction of the Vouga and Teixeira rivers, totally fenced (which allowed the two dogs that accompanied us to also have the opportunity to run incessantly on the lawn and sniff all the corners of the flowerbeds and other spaces). The barbecue area is a fantastic complement, with plenty of space and equipment to support pleasant barbecues. The surroundings provide breathtaking views of the landscape, as well as the enjoyment (careful but absolutely refreshing) of the countless waterfalls! Quinta do João Pedro is a place to visit or, in our case, to repeat, without a doubt!

It was a good few days ago. The weather helped. The kids loved the pool and the space. And adults too. :)
