For a minimum of 2 nights during the week or to spend the weekend in Dijon, we offer a studio of 23 m2 on the lower half level of our detached house located in a quiet town 10 minutes east of Dijon, 5 minutes from Quetigny, 2 minutes from the toll of Arc sur Tille. Attention: presence of stairs. not suitable for elderly or disabled people.

Studio at the bottom of our garden: kitchen area, sleeping area, large dressing room and bathroom (large shower/toilet). Please note, no key box (see time slot in house rules) and no TV (but good Wi-Fi😉). The environment is very quiet outside the train passages (sometimes numerous at night). Free street parking

This peaceful studio offers a relaxing stay in a secure home. It was refurbished in 2022, with new bedding, kitchenette and walk-in shower. Parking is available on the property. The garden is also accessible. The accommodation is located 5 km from Dijon and very close to the A31 highway exit.
