Guests can enjoy the terrace and garden in fine weather. The courtyard, closed by an electric gate, can park two vehicles. On the ground floor, large living room open to the equipped kitchen, office with sofa bed, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 beds and shower room with toilet.

Logement de 2 pièces , l'une lavabo et 2 lits très confortables que l'on rapproche pour couple , l'autre salon, salle à manger et coin cuisine avec 2 couchages dont lit gigogne qui fait canapé très confortable. Une douche séparée , un wc séparé.

Relax with the whole family at this place to stay in downtown Courtenay. The city of Courtenay is 1 hour and 10 minutes from Paris by the A6, in a quiet and pleasant environment. At your disposal are 20 hiking trails, some of which are accessible by mountain bike as well as Equestrian Centers. A market is held every Thursday and Saturday morning. The city also offers a skate park, soccer field, heated outdoor swimming pool, etc.
