Built in wood and stone by an artist in the 60s, restored in 2017 and offers modern comfort in kitchen and bathroom with sauna, yoga-shala, Japanese toilet, while keeping the original spirit of a relaxed "hut".

Beautiful property, between Champagne and Burgundy, 3km from a small medieval village, 30 minutes from Chablis, 20 minutes from Tonnerre, 40 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Capital. Whether you are a tourist, hiker (at the foot of the Chemin de Compostela),on a business trip, in the evening (wedding, birthdays...), we welcome you to our cottage. A welcoming park, a pond are at your disposal allowing you a beautiful walk accompanied by our swans.

Canadian Cabin

The "Fire Pit Lodge" cabin with Canadian accents welcomes you in a green setting in the heart of the Loiret, in a Loir 'teape village and close to the castles. this cabin by a small pond will allow you to relax independently, to spend beautiful evenings with the"fire pit" or to discover yoga (not available in 2025). bicycles will also be available for rent as well as a homemade and local breakfast. see you soon 😄 Jules and Tina.

The fisherman's trailer

Beautiful trailer by a pond with a large terrace offering you a splendid view of the water! Quiet, surrounded by nature, with many animals nearby that you can approach if you wish (donkeys, ponies, goats, etc.). Very well equipped: kitchen area with microwave oven, stove, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Large bed (160 x 200), sofa, bar with high chairs. Sanitary facilities just for you a few dozen meters from the trailer.

This small all-wood cottage welcomes you in a 3-hectare park. A play area is shared with a second cottage (50 m and oriented independently). Great for families or groups of friends. Ideal for recharging your batteries, isolated in the woods and in direct contact with nature and the animals that come around the cottage. A tent can be pitched to accommodate teenagers, for example! Don't hesitate to tell me about it!

Small fully-equipped cottage in an idyllic setting, surrounded by forest, this place exudes tranquility, rest and calm. This cottage is of course equipped with a bedroom with 140 x 200 bed, TV with Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and kitchen. You have the option to walk in our forest park, you may be lucky enough to find mushrooms or observe the animals. You also have the option to play pétanque whenever you want.

Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
