Monthly Rentals in Court House, Arlington

We had a wonderful time staying here! Kelly was very responsive. The house has a wonderful sushi restaurant within walking distance. We used the metro the entire trip which was a 5 minute walk. We felt very safe the entire time. We live in the country and have never really explored a big city. Everyone in the area was so nice and welcoming. If we come to the D.C. area again we will be returning.

Great location with easy access to Whole Foods (short walk) and the Metro line to activities in the city. Extremely cozy home with a fully functional and new kitchen appliances. I appreciated Eddie’s flexibility to allow me to check in an hour early after a long day at work. Would highly recommend for work or pleasure visits to the DC area!

Perfect condo. The building and other residents gave a really good vibe. Lots of amenities at the building including pool, grilling and picnic area, business center and meeting rooms. The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable, safe and secure at this location. The host was extremely responsive with any questions I had before my arrival. Check in and check out was super easy.

Excellent apartment and communication! This was in an ideal location. There were so many amenities in this building. It was huge and full of things to do and was very close to so many great restaurants and stores. it was a great apartment and I had a very enjoyable stay. I will definitely rent this unit again.
