We had a lovely weekend at Sarah's. The house is superb, the bedding very nice and there is all the equipment in the kitchen for those who appreciate cooking! A weekend is almost not long enough to fully enjoy the house and things to do in the area.

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

I highly recommend this accommodation located in a very beautiful environment and in harmony with nature that invites you to disconnect completely. We had a great time at Olivier's, the house is very nice and beautifully decorated, there is also everything you need to cook. The garden is lovely and the pool spacious enough. The surroundings are also very pretty and quiet, we'll be back with pleasure.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

As a business, we put the well-being of our employees at the heart of our concerns. Communication is fluid and efficient, with clear guidelines and easy to understand. In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The value is quite satisfactory. The cottage largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

A beautiful and typical Percheron house tastefully renovated. A bucolic and quiet environment. Everything was as described by Isabelle. We only stayed there for a weekend unfortunately. But we'll be back!

Thomas gave us our privacy from the word go, in this beautiful cottage. He made sure to check with us everything was ok when we arrived and during our stay. The area is exactly as it was described, beautiful French countryside for a quiet week away. The cottage was lovely and clean, even a surprise bottle of local apple juice for us! Plenty to keep us occupied in the cottage (books, games etc) and it was a great area to stay having walks and towns nearby. Would highly recommend a visit!

We had a wonderful Christmas party at this lovely home! The peaceful environment, the typical stone house with its wood burning stove, the deer visible every day at the edge of the forest was completely what we were looking for! Complete disconnection. Very good bedding, top kitchen equipment, nothing missing. We can only recommend Caroline's house which in addition is a very responsive and friendly host.

We really enjoyed this weekend at Leslie's house. The house and its courtyard (with barbecue and small shelter) are very nice and quiet. All the equipment is there and even more. Leslie was a responsive and attentive host. In short, an Airbnb where you feel welcome!

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The dining/kitchen area is large and has two tables (convenient for making a children's table, an adult table). There are two separate sleeping areas each accessible by a staircase, the first leads to two bedrooms with a bathroom each, the second to two bedrooms as well as a bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Be careful because the first staircase is quite steep for young children, the second on the other hand is more accessible. The garden, which is completely fenced, is just like the house, full of charm and has a Nordic bath! Near the house there is a paved path with very little traffic, bordered by stud farms, on which to walk. In conclusion we had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely time at this peaceful and very well appointed house. The host was particularly responsive in answering any questions. There were 5 of us for this stay and it was very good. For the mezzanine room, you don't have to be too big, but it's cute. Yohann can't help it, but not too much 4G/5G network, but wi-fi is available... I recommend this beautiful place to those eager to recharge their batteries and spend a quiet time in the beautiful Perche countryside. Thanks
