Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

We fell in love with Perche 15 years ago and decided to settle down there to renovate the barn. The desire to welcome and discover the treasures of this region was born a few years ago. And it is now a reality with this guest house in an authentic, bucolic and charming setting. In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
