Good location for access to Dublin, both the city and the airport. Also convenient to the Hill of Tara and Newgrange. The rental includes a private parking spot which is very helpful, as this is a busy area. Plenty of restaurants to walk to in the area, as well as other shopping, e.g. Tesco's. Diogo kept in touch and was available to answer any questions we might have had!

The open-plan kitchen and living area is characterized by modern design, featuring a large island with a white countertop. Expansive glass doors allow natural light to fill the space, revealing views of the garden and patio. Minimalist furniture, including a dining table and comfortable chairs, enhances the ambiance.

New Contemporary Luxury Cottage

Our large newly refurbished contemporary cottage consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor with a double bed in each and the master bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed. Large kitchen/living area that opens out to a large patio area with furniture for summer BBQs. There is a large garden and a private driveway. New Gym and patio added for 2025. We are located 10 minutes from Malahide Village which is renowned for its upmarket pubs, restaurant and seafront walks.

From booking to arriving Paula was fantastic! We arrived and we were greeted warmly by Rachel one of the property managers. There was a beautiful local welcome basket which went down a treat. Location was beautiful and we had some lovely walks. There were handbooks which showed recommendations from restaurants to shopping. The beds were so comfy and the cottage was more than spacious for the 6 of us! We had an amazing time and would come back again! Thank you for making our first time in Ireland so memorable 😍

Double room at Dublin airport

We had a great experience. When we arrived in the area, we texted the host. He was at the same mall, and was kind enough to give us a lift to the house and let us check in early. The house looked and smelled great. The room was bright and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate (and fully stocked with all a person could need), and had a nice tub. The home was clean, and the kitchen had all one would need to cook. The family was welcoming and polite. The home is in a great village with more than one place to eat, a local Irish traditional pub, two grocers, a chemist, a gym, a pool, a castle....and then another larger village within walking distance. Dublin was a bus ride away, and this was very nice. We had access to a traditional village, a walk to a bigger village, a bus to the city and even a beach a quick bus ride away. I cannot say enough....when I go back, I am staying here.

Paul’s place is well placed for attending a function in Darver Castle as we did. Paul is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble , the accommodation is beautiful, very comfortable and all the amenities needed. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
