Near to grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping centers. 15 minute drive to Toyota Oakdale Theater, 20 minute drive to Lake Compounce Amusement and Water Park, and 30 minute drive to Yale University, Museums, and downtown New Haven. A slightly longer drive will take you to to the beautiful shoreline, Hammonasset Beach State Park, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos!

Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime, Direct TV (Note: I do use the garage below the unit for a card game every 2 weeks from approximately 7 PM to 11:30 PM) Does not affect your stay.

Enjoy the serenity of Camp Columbia state park, as it is our extended backyard. Tip: The sunsets are beautiful! 2 hours from NYC, 30-45 minutes to local skiing & just 10 minutes to Washington Depot. A private entrance to your studio located at the top of a hill. Surrounded by trees. Tranquility can be found. We are located near the Antique trail of Southbury. Its a 25 min ride to Danbury or 20 min ride to Waterbury. Just under 2 hours to NYC. And a little over 2 hours to Boston. We can provide a daily clean at an additional cost. They are grocery stores, TJ. Maxx and Starbucks within minutes.
