Small charming house, fenced in the countryside and ideally located. Pets accepted free of charge. Not suitable for infants & people with limited mobility. Close to all amenities. 4 minutes from the Iles de Payré (place to walk along the water). 20 minutes from Poitiers Sud & the Valley of the Monkeys. Futuroscope 40 min. Marais Poitevin, Abbey of St Savin 1 hour. La Rochelle 1 hr 15 min. You can enjoy the grounds to relax, eat outside… Our bikes, molkky, other games are at your disposal.

A 15 km de POITIERS SUD gite de 65 m2 composé de : parking privatif, terrasse (salon de jardin), cuisine équipée (machine à laver), salle à manger-salon, grande salle d'eau, 2 WC. Grande chambre composée de deux espaces (adulte/enfant) séparés par un rideau occultant. Un 5eme couchage possible dans le salon (canapé lit) à 10€ par nuit. Des espaces extérieurs communs à disposition : jardin, barbecue. Pas de wifi. Animaux non admis. Nécessaire d'être vehiculé(e).

This accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. Plus, you can enjoy the Futuroscope Park just 10 km away.
